My and my wife at the Arby's in St. John Indiana on 10-30-25 and both of us got sick from eating the same crispy chicken sandwich. I'm guessing unclean facilities. I did see the whipped topping that they put on shakes just sitting on the counter when it should be refrigerated.

Had a coupon for 4 regular arbies for $10. Expected maybe half the meat because of the price, but the meat was stacked. Excellent.
I love there potato cakes. When the CEO or Upper Mgt. got rid of them a while back I stopped going there. Now there back FOREVER.

Store manager closed store because he forgot my order. When I asked for it, he proceeded to give me attitude and threatened to call the cops. I got the wrong food and then he proceeded to kick everyone out of the store and close it. Jeremy is not fit to be a manager.

It's rare that we go to Arby's, but this is the best one in the area. The dining room and bathrooms are always clean. And the food is always fresh, especially the fries.
Seriously. My boyfriend went to pick up one sandwich for me. A beef with cheese. 15 minutes later, they handed him the bag. When he got home and I opened the sandwich NO CHEESE. It wasn't busy. How in God's name can you screw up A ONE SANDWICH ORDER? GO FIGURE!

I came through about 25 minutes before closing and Addison and the other person working tonight was absolutely wonderful. As a fast food worker myself I appreciated the kindness even so close to closing.
