It's rare that we go to Arby's, but this is the best one in the area. The dining room and bathrooms are always clean. And the food is always fresh, especially the fries.
Seriously. My boyfriend went to pick up one sandwich for me. A beef with cheese. 15 minutes later, they handed him the bag. When he got home and I opened the sandwich NO CHEESE. It wasn't busy. How in God's name can you screw up A ONE SANDWICH ORDER? GO FIGURE!

I came through about 25 minutes before closing and Addison and the other person working tonight was absolutely wonderful. As a fast food worker myself I appreciated the kindness even so close to closing.

Kinda bummed, I got the order for the car behind me, I don't like cheese or sauce and it was loaded with both. I ate it anyways because I was on the road and I don't want to waste money. I support this Arby's because they closed the one in Lowell and this is the closest, but it's nice to get the right food. Will return.
Parking: It's a tight squeeze in this parking lot, but it's rarely full

We were asked to pull around to wait for two orders of chicken tenders to sit there for 20 minutes and they came out and said we're sorry we only dropped one of your chicken tenders so it'll be four more minutes. In reality it took 10 more minutes and that's okay she was a very sweet girl but after she brought out our food and we drove away we discovered that the fries we're cold so I guess the curly fries sat there the entire time while they were waiting on the second set of chicken strips. We always have to wait here not sure why we always have to pull around for chicken tenders but this day was a bit ridiculous waiting for almost half an hour.
The 2 person staff either hate each other or hate their jobs. We we never acknowledged by the angry girl working the drive thru and counter. She was nice when she took our order and when I asked for tea. The coworker making the sandwiches had to be called to do his job from the back. He huffed and puffed the entire time he was making 20 sandwiches for drive thru. By the time he got to my husband’s sandwich the meat was in a bunch on half his sandwich , he had to rework the meat to cover the bread. It was hotter inside the restaurant then outside. The bathroom was so cold I thought I was gonna get frostbite. Not that I expected it but we never got a thank you - have a nice day - nothing. This seems to be an on going thing at this establishment. I’d almost rather drive to the Schererville one.
