I came through about 25 minutes before closing and Addison and the other person working tonight was absolutely wonderful. As a fast food worker myself I appreciated the kindness even so close to closing.

Kinda bummed, I got the order for the car behind me, I don't like cheese or sauce and it was loaded with both. I ate it anyways because I was on the road and I don't want to waste money. I support this Arby's because they closed the one in Lowell and this is the closest, but it's nice to get the right food. Will return.

Parking: It's a tight squeeze in this parking lot, but it's rarely full

We were asked to pull around to wait for two orders of chicken tenders to sit there for 20 minutes and they came out and said we're sorry we only dropped one of your chicken tenders so it'll be four more minutes. In reality it took 10 more minutes and that's okay she was a very sweet girl but after she brought out our food and we drove away we discovered that the fries we're cold so I guess the curly fries sat there the entire time while they were waiting on...
