The good was delicious! I ordered the veggie skillet and upgraded my side to the apple turnover pancakes. My son ordered the strawberry churro French toast...LORD HAVE MERCY!

Over all good until I witnessed the owner treating his employee like dirt. He seemed to be firing her in front of house where anyone can here. She didn't understand stand why being fired. From what i overheard a customer didn't want sesame seeds on her born because she was highly allergic. And when the waitress included that information on the order, I was told she doesn't know the menu. But the menu clearly states, the bun came with sesame seeds. I asked around and come to find out.The restaurant has high employee turnovers because owner likes to hire and fire employees. Will not be supporting this establishment so the owner can just get rich off of young employees instead of working with them

People may think good quality food is everything but in my well rounded experiences Customer Service is #1!!!! This place failed miserably! Shame on you!!! Elderly (especially with walker) should be priority! We understand it’s Sunday and busy so waiting 35 minutes to be seated is understood. However waiting 40 minutes for 3 of us to get breakfast and waitress forgot waters for people at table, while large tables that were seated much later after us in garden room were served their food and drink 15 minutes before us?!?! That is 💯 % UNCALLED for!!!
My husband’s biscuits were hard. The rest of the food was very good. I’m fine with us paying for Great experience but this fell short on so many levels. Glad dad wasn’t a diabetic. Customer care should be your Top priority!!!

This is a beautiful restaurant. Nice and bright, and food is excellent. Staff are very welcoming and the ambiance keeps you coming back. My favorite plate is the fruit bruschetta.

REALLY disappointed at how rude the owner was to his staff and us when we asked to split checks. We always visit Avgo and love their breakfast, but he yelled at his checkout girl very rudely (felt so bad for her) when she asked him if our table could split. AFTER his waitress told us they’d split at the register.

It’s disappointing because we gave him $200 worth of breakfast business, and that may not matter to him, but it does to us to be treated with respect. Not to mention, he passes his credit card charges onto the customer anyway (which I don’t agree with but deal with it), so we’re paying for the fees.

It’s just the principal that you’ve got a business who seems to do VERY well, charges a hefty price for the food (which is fine, it’s good food) and then treats his guests like that after they’ve just supported his business.

I was looking to throw a Shower here, but I won’t be inquiring any longer.

Again, the food is great, and we do usually love it. But these places recently, I feel, are really started to take for granted their guests, the money they spend to support & they don’t seem to care about customer service anymore.
