Well, i have been meaning to stop and give it a try, it always seems so busy, so i did. Waited maybe 3 or 4 minutes for a table, the server was prompt and polite,it was quite loud at the time, we looked over the menu, more like a single page flyer, didnt see anything interesting so we left. I thought it was more than another breakfast place.

We love avgo but this time caught me off guard. We ordered our usual chilaquiles, 2 orders at $15 each. But this time we added steak. We ate and everything was delicious. When we got our bill of usually $40 dollars, it was far from that amount. Our bill was almost $80 dollars. 14.50 each order of steak topping. Mind you it was only like 7 or 8 nuggets of steak. We pretty much paid for 4 orders of chilaquiles. They basically charged us for 2 sides of steak. I was highly upset and the waitress just said that the prices went up. Honestly love avgo but this was not ok.

The restaurant has average decor. The booth seat was comfortable. The glassed room was great for pictures but cold for eating which is expected for a glass room in winter in NWI. The food was tasty and good portions. The server placed our food down and asked if we needed anything else. However the coffee was awful. They need to step this one up. The lattes were ok. The surprise was no separate checks!! For 12 people trying to gather enough cash to pay took some doing. And also $7.49 for credit card fee if you don’t pay cash. Our group is heading to Maple and Bacon or Birdies next time. I hope this helps potential guests.

This nice and trendy spot was recommended by a friend in Cedar Lake. There was plenty of parking mid-week, around 11:30am. The customer service was excellent and the portions were huge. I had the Bad Wolf Skillet, which had ham, bacon, pork sausage, peppers, onions, hash browns, cheddar cheese and a side of Greek Toast. The vibe is trendy and the Christmas music added a fun element. Everything was good and I would return if I were in the area.

AVGO is an enjoyable restaurant. I ordered the Chilaquiles and my husband ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. He genuinely enjoyed his burger but said that he has had better. My meal consisted of fresh toast and chilaquiles. I'm not sure if it was because we arrived about 2 hours before closing time, but even with syrup on the french toast, it seemed to lack flavor. The chilaquiles were delicious, but they also had very minimal green salsa. It had a great amount of other items, but I love salsa verde. Our service also took quite a bit of time. I assume they had been cutting waiters by this time as she was servicing about five tables. Overall. It's a good place to stop by and eat, but not our go-to.

This place is amazing! This is coming from someone who was practically raised in pancake houses. It's so good I'm leaving this review sitting in their the parking lot. We ordered the peach cobbler French toast, garden omelette, banana boat pancakes, and a lavender latte iced. EVERYTHING was excellent. For everything we ate (three entrees and a latte) we spent 51. Had we gone to where we originally went to and walked out due to insane price gauging, we would've spent nearly 70 dollars for breakfast. We walked out full with plenty of food left over. We will be coming again! We also loved that there was a full service bar. We plan on taking advantage of that next time.

Recently revised review! Had Cobb salad and guest had steak wrap. Salad was filled with more croutons than over breaded chicken and did come with enough dressing. Wrap was small with very small portion of waffle fries. I can get a better salad at Pop's for $5 less. I should have sticked with their breakfast offering that they are known for.
