This is by far the worst Chipotle I have been to and that includes many of the Chicago locations. Every single time something is wrong. Stale chips. Always out of toppings and protein. Rude employees. Portions wildly inconsistent. Missing entire items of an order. Employees focused on just about anything besides serving customers. And other incidents too long to type out here. It’s pretty impressive how consistently terrible this location is.

Did an online pickup. Took 10 minutes past scheduled time and gave me the wrong bowl. All on my order that I used my points on for a free meal

I have tried this location so many times and they always mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would make the hike to Dyer location 100% because this place actually sucks. The people aren’t friendly and they always get my food wrong. Go to Dyer instead!!!! Just shut this place down at this point.

Just had the most epic meal at Chipotle!!! The food is good!!! I mean, I've had my fair share of burritos, bowls, and tacos, but this time was on another level! Kevin was super friendly. The portions are generous, and the flavors are on point! If you're looking for a solid meal that's quick and delicious...hit up Chipotle

Portions are like 3/5 of what you get in Dyer. I usually save some for a second meal if ordered from dyer but not in St. John. Rice not cooked fully… did I order a chicken bowl? 4 pieces… are you kidding…. JUST DRIVE THE EXTRA 8 minutes and go to Dyer!

Today was by far my worst experience at a Chipotle. My stomach hurts so bad after eating and to make matters worse there was hair in my food. This location had 7 employees but only one was preparing food as well as being a cashier. One employee was bragging about his burrito he made for his personal lunch. Another guy came and made a burrito for one customer then walked away even though there were 4 more people in line. I wish that I had read reviews before going here. I will never go here again!
