Food is almost always perfect but it's kids running the place always so things get forgotten in your order but they will always get ya covered if you call them or go back so big deal really. But food is always great.

So I went to Culver's today with my mom and sister. I got two kids meals one for me and my mom and sister shared one. It was pretty fast service (it only took 5 minutes) and I was happy they got the orders right. I go home with the food to eat. When I opened the bags my burger was squished in half and my ice cream was messy on the bottom. The other kids meal's fries were soggy and the corn dog was outside of the wrapper in the bag. 2 stars.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are decent size and all come with a free scoop. Once you get 10 points (1 per kids meal) you get a free kids meal.

2 Star for ease of ordering through app. Waiting far too long for my order. When food arrived it was under cooked and cold. Busy location, however for the prices I am not going back. Consider other places in the area, I do not recommend.

This is my family’s favorite of all the local Culver’s. We live in Cedar Lake, but will drive the extra time to go to this one because the staff is always so nice and the food is great. Keep it up! 💙

Curbside delivery is in the middle of the drive thru, and is so difficult to get to. I ended up waiting in the drive thru before being able to park because everyone thought I was cutting in line. It was a long wait and my ice cream was served melted. The worker tried to ignore me, but did get it replaced after all. Worst service ive had at culvers ever! This is very unusual of culvers, thought they had a pretty good standard but clearly not here.

I hate to give less than 5 stars because I’ve never had an issue with the quality of food or the staff/service. My complaint is with management/whoever decided the change of location for the curbside pickup. The purpose of curbside pick up is the ability to order ahead and avoid the drive thru…aka a means of convenience. Why would you choose a location that REQUIRES you to navigate the drive thru to access? Unless the drive thru is empty, which it rarely is, you have to wait for the cars in the drive thru to move to access the spots. The decision for this location should really be revisited because it wasn’t a logical move whatsoever.
