We purchased bagels and donuts from this DD. The bagels were stale and hard and the pink frosted donut barely had frosting. Unacceptable. This is the second time we got very poor quality donuts/bagels.

The main girl that runs the front counter is EXTREMELY rude. Always wears a skirt and no hat. She has an attitude every time someone walks in. Makes the place very unwelcoming. I don’t know how she still has a job.

There was no one in the drive thru, so I was able to get going quickly.
This Duncan should be shut down! They never get you order right and whatever you end up with is never as good as it is at other locations. Hard pass!!!

younger girl with dark hair has a nasty attitude and has had one sided beef with me for years, done spending my money there today was the last straw when i went in there and her and her coworkers were standing in a circle talking about me and staring at me. i almost feel bad for you because you’re so miserable, hopefully you can find a job that you don’t hate and will treat people better.

The coffee wasn't very hot and I asked for Splenda and there was no sweetener at all in my coffee. Also the other day my nephew went for a large coffee and he said his was so sweetened with sugar that he could not even drink it, And Glad I only had a medium size.

Worst service. Hand of the cashier at 20 gives me change for a 10. I told her about it give me my change back. She sits on the counter and pushes it towards me and then grabs my drink and slams down on the counter. Will not be back to this Dunkin' Donuts.
