Placed a scheduled mobile order so I could make it to work on time. Two days in a row they did not have my order ready, took over 10 minutes to make two drinks , other people behind me got their orders before I did. Got yelled at and told to not place mobile orders anymore.

This place went downhill fast. The last 4 times we went, they mess up the order and we have to drive back to correct it. When we ask for what we paid for there’s usually an attitude from the gentlemen working there like it was our fault. Half the time they don’t have donuts, the other half of the time the food is clearly from yesterday.

This Dunkin' is terrible. I've never had an order with more than one item filled correctly. I rarely go to any Dunkin' in the last year or two - the food is just gross and coffee mediocre. Not sure why I tried again today, but after yet another messed up order it will be a looooong while coming back.

Was going to get icecream at 8:30 and it says that close at 9. The rude girls were looking through the window and making faces. Even one was making hand gestures like they were going to flip us off. Most unprofessional place ever. They honestly need to fire everyone and get a new staff. This isn’t my first bad encounter there.

My mom and I went to this dunkin and the blonde girl at window was so rude to us, we asked for two coffee she messed our order up and had to pay all over again…she didn’t use any manners and just was not polite at all, she also gave dirty looks and talked to her friends and did not pay attention to her customers at all. Awful

The drive-thru was busy so I went into the store. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged. An associate walked past me about 6 times and did not even look my way. Another associate was sitting at a table eating made eye contact with me and said nothing. I understand being busy but acknowledge the customer. I would have been much more understanding had I not been ignored.
