We went for the “Cookies with Santa” event and it was AMAZING! The sandwiches were a plus, but Christina and crew did an amazing job making my baby’s first Santa picture great! Thank you for having this event. We will definitely be back next year, and probably like 50 times in between then and now lol.

I love the sandwiches and the chips here. They are always good and the same. The wraps however are not anything to talk about. I had the one with the chicken and jalapeño and it hardly had any chicken. Not great. Also love the dill pickle chips! I really hope they stay. Cookies aren’t the best either. Feel like they could use a new recipe. Also the delivery always takes a while from here nuts never “freaky fast” anymore. In all not bad.

Employee who prepared my sandwich in front of me touched the trash can on both sides to move it over and never changed his gloves when going back to finish my sandwich...He could have slid the trash can over with his feet it was light enough....Owner should be made aware of this, it's embarrassing for your business and disgusting for me. HEALTH DEPARTMENT SOULD BE CALLED

It took over an hour to get my sandwich delivered to my place of work and im 2min away. First 2 times i called, a guy answered and was appologetic and mentioned they were swamped but that theyd get it out for me, I called a third time and this kid was rude, said he was headed out with my order and they had another million sandwiches to get out too and yeah, they were trying their best (didnt get the kids name) but not customer service friendly and shouldnt be allowed to answer phones. I am not typically impatient, much less write negative reviews, but if I was the manager, Id get these kids some help or get new ones because Jimmy Johns isnt freaky fast any longer
