We went for the “Cookies with Santa” event and it was AMAZING! The sandwiches were a plus, but Christina and crew did an amazing job making my baby’s first Santa picture great! Thank you for having this event. We will definitely be back next year, and probably like 50 times in between then and now lol.

I love the sandwiches and the chips here. They are always good and the same. The wraps however are not anything to talk about. I had the one with the chicken and jalapeño and it hardly had any chicken. Not great. Also love the dill pickle chips! I really hope they stay. Cookies aren’t the best either. Feel like they could use a new recipe. Also the delivery always takes a while from here nuts never “freaky fast” anymore. In all not bad.

Ordered an order for delivery and it took 47 minutes to be delivered. The order was placed directly in front of the door so my drink completely knocked over when I went to grab it. Typically Jimmy John's is very fast which is why I ordered it. So much for being freaky fast.

JJ is fairly consistent store to store. The service is fast and friendly. There is some variation with wraps depending on the wrapper. The food is fair for a sandwich shop. I go there for the speedy service. However I'd advise you to skip the chicken jalapeño wrap. The chicken is weird so all the wraps are probably the same. Other than that you pretty much get what you might expect from a sandwich slapped together in 5 minutes.

Employee who prepared my sandwich in front of me touched the trash can on both sides to move it over and never changed his gloves when going back to finish my sandwich...He could have slid the trash can over with his feet it was light enough....Owner should be made aware of this, it's embarrassing for your business and disgusting for me. HEALTH DEPARTMENT SOULD BE CALLED

It took over an hour to get my sandwich delivered to my place of work and im 2min away. First 2 times i called, a guy answered and was appologetic and mentioned they were swamped but that theyd get it out for me, I called a third time and this kid was rude, said he was headed out with my order and they had another million sandwiches to get out too and yeah, they were trying their best (didnt get the kids name) but not customer service friendly and shouldnt be allowed to answer phones. I am not typically impatient, much less write negative reviews, but if I was the manager, Id get these kids some help or get new ones because Jimmy Johns isnt freaky fast any longer

Friendly staff, but not great at making sandwiches. I was a very loyal customer. I was ordering weekly/bi-weekly, but I stopped since my sandwiches kept getting messed up. I was craving a sandwich and decided to place an order (my last order was over a month ago), and this is was I got. This one's the worst. Definitely not worth $8!

This place has a good customer service the only issue is when they prepare a sandwich the lettuce is old. Look black this is my 3 time with this issueI will recommend to use fresh lettuce

We use to love this Jimmy johns. But last few times it's taken forever and our sandwiches were completely wrong. Missing half the ingredients. I visit once a week before scout meetings for last 4 years now to find a new place. Ugh

Food has always been good but delivery is not even close to freaky fast. We ordered food at 530 it is now almost 615 and still waiting. Store is literally down the street. Good arrived at 632. Just over an hour to get 2 sandwiches blocks away and show up with watered down pop and soggy sandwiches. Always been my fav sandwich shop but may need to start looking elsewhere.
