I went inside to place an order and employees were socializing with one another or on their phones. I attempted twice to get somebody's attention, and made eye contact with three employees but never received service and left after five minutes.

I came in a couple weeks ago, and this young lady started taking my order and this older lady named laurie came behind her to “take over”. And physically moved the young girl and said “Are you taking the lane or the front counter, because this is my job.” And was absolutely rude to her and belittling her. It was completely unprofessional for her to do that in front of customers and in general. I do not recommend coming here.

Asked them for the meat not to have seasoning on it and no pickles and all they did was took the pickles out of whatever big Mac was already there. There was a single pickle underneath the lettuce that they obviously didn't see. It went in the garbage.

Get parked every single time you order food through the drive through. If people wanted to park they would probably come in. A drive through is not so you can park every single car to make your numbers look better. You get infinitely better service at cypress rd location. Avoid this place at ALL

As a regular guest at McDonald's, I have to say their breakfast menu is a morning savior. The convenience of an all-day breakfast was fantastic, and the Egg McMuffin is a classic favorite.
