I was not a customer for long and the times I have gone, I loved it. Everyone was nice and welcoming. But because of Amy, I will not be going back. She is rude. I ordered two kids meals for my CHILDREN. And she gave me attitude. Basically, accusing me not ordering for my children. Reply back if you want to see my kids eating the kids meal. So Amy can be happy again.

Really BAD experience this last Saturday, will not be returning!
Had an hour to kill between business appointments and hadn’t ate all day. Met a friend to have a beer and a quick bite. He got there slightly before me, and had just started on his beer. He had almost finished his beer completely before I was even acknowledged and asked what I wanted to drink. I ordered a beer, and asked for a menu. The bartender looked me dead in the eye and said, sure. I got my beer, no menu. After trying to get her attention for a while for the menu, time was running short. I told my friend at this point, I’ll just take an order of fries because I have to go soon. Well I never was able to even get an order off in the hour I was there, and hit the drive through at McDonald’s after on my way to my next appointment. Horrible attitude, 1 bartender/server for the entire place. Everyone says the same thing about this place, the food is good but the service sucks. Well I wouldn’t know about the food since I never got any, but I whole heartedly agree about the service. My friend had to stay behind to pay the bill because we couldn’t even get her attention to do that. And by the way, the place wasn’t busy. What a wasted opportunity. I would never go back.

We’ve been to Michels many times and we’ve had Rebeca as our server. She does a fantastic job! No matter how busy it is, she finds a way to ensure that we have what we need.Tonight we stayed past her shift and we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table to replenish our drinks and no one did. We flagged a waitress 4 times and she just walked away. I went to the bar to ask for someone to assist us and they said the reason we didn’t get service was because Rebeca closed us out. I don’t understand how a manager can throw an awesome employee like Rebeca under the bus by blaming her instead of admitting they messed up. If you have patrons sitting at a table with empty glasses you’d think they would ask if we need anything. We spent well over $100.00 here and have on several occasions.We left and went to another establishment. Never going back!

Went there last night. The place was filled with regulars drinking at the bar but not many eating. The bathrooms are dirty, the fried pickles were swimming in oil and I got tired of waving the gnats away from.my very flat glass of Moscato. Left and went somewhere else for dinner.
