1st and last time going there. I politely asked the server for them to take my soup off the bill due to there being a hair in it and they had a horrible attitude. Bad enough but then heard either a kitchen staff employee or a manager loudly yelling at the server over this incident. Very gross and an unprofessional environment.

We’ve been to Michels many times and we’ve had Rebeca as our server. She does a fantastic job! No matter how busy it is, she finds a way to ensure that we have what we need.Tonight we stayed past her shift and we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to come to our table to replenish our drinks and no one did. We flagged a waitress 4 times and she just walked away. I went to the bar to ask for someone to assist us and they said the reason we didn’t get service was because Rebeca closed us out. I don’t understand how a manager can throw an awesome employee like Rebeca under the bus by blaming her instead of admitting they messed up. If you have patrons sitting at a table with empty glasses you’d think they would ask if we need anything. We spent well over $100.00 here and have on several occasions.We left and went to another establishment. Never going back!

Went there last night. The place was filled with regulars drinking at the bar but not many eating. The bathrooms are dirty, the fried pickles were swimming in oil and I got tired of waving the gnats away from.my very flat glass of Moscato. Left and went somewhere else for dinner.

Took forever to get a waitress to take our order, Getting the food and appetizers was forever wait. Their buns were stale, the beef and the burger wasn’t that great. The buffalo Chicken wrap was disappointing. If you want to drink go there if you want food go somewhere else.

This is not a fancy or trendy restaurant or sports bar. It is a clean, nicely decorated local sports bar with good TVs and sound. Great place for mostly smaller groups. The food is not gourmet but very satisfying. I've eaten pizza around the US for 50 years of my life, and it's not the best I've ever had, but it is very good and one of my local favorites. If you're dissatisfied with the pizza, then you don't know good pizza. The wings are again not the best but better than average with a variety of flavors. Same with the burgers, they are good. If you find that any restaurant doesn't make good burgers, then stop ordering more than medium done. Then, add more salt to your taste if needed. Other food is also good. What makes this place special is that they have great food and drink specials. Yes, service can be slow at times, but it's usually because of their great specials. I had my son's 21st birthday here for family, and they had a small reserved section for about 20 people. The pizza, wings and service were fantastic. If you're going to expect perfection, then you may not like this place. If you're looking for an above average place, that's clean and serves decent food and great pizza. To watch some sports or hang out and have a few cocktails and not break the bank, this is the place to go. That's why they get 5 stars. Also, if you get bad service many times it's because you have a bad attitude or it's 1/2 price pizza day on Wed and it's crowded.

Waitress was very nice, service was good. Food came pretty quickly and was very good. I had a BLT and it was loaded with bacon, really good sandwich! Great lunch spot to catch up with my best friend!
Bring back martini menu and for the love of God hire more help. Also variety in the menu would be nice.

Came in on a Wednesday for 1/2 off dine in pizza. Excellent thin crust pizza, I always ask for a little well done, crispy. will be back.

We came to watch the Bears game, great ambience, wings and pizza were delicious! We’re coming back for more pizza. We tried the drink special, it was good, but switched to Gum ball head… highly recommend this place! One of our new favorite
