The reason I’m giving two stars is that I was waiting for my soup at the counter, and I saw the lady licking her fingers and touching the inside of the bowl she was putting the soup in. I left before she could grab the spoon.

This place is fantastic in every area! Huge portions and delicious food with friendly and gracious staff who give us free desserts every time we come in. The prices are from 20 years ago with nine dollar breakfast specials daily in $10 lunch specials. We will never go any place again and they are open until 7 o’clock on Friday night. Thank you Samantha and the rest of the staff for always providing us fantastic food and service❤️

We planned on going to Avgo for breakfast, changed our mind when we passed this Cafe, thought we would try it. I'm so glad we did, it was delicious. We ordered breakfast, I got a skillet. Service was friendly and attentive. This is our new breakfast spot!

Ever since the latest ownership change, this place has been spectacular. Kudos to the staff for always delivering. If I went to lake central, this would be my go to spot after school. If I owned this place I would rely on nostalgia and make this the 90s diner.

This place is a true diamond in the rough. We were in town for my moms eye app, my mom wanted lemon rice soup so we looked up if there was any place in the area, and this restaurant popped up which I am so glad it did. The people were so friendly, we were so impressed how clean everything was. Samantha greeted us and served us with hot, fresh food, oh and yes the lemon rice and fresh mushroom soup was excellent! All members in the party were so pleased and happy with everything. The chef did an outstanding job on the food. Absolutely no complaints other then we wish it was closer to our home town. Thank you Samantha and the owner for a very memorable meal. You are truly top notch in all areas! This is a absolute must visit every time we go to eye Dr. The best!
