This morning I woke up not feeling the best and had a rough start to my day, so I decided to grab a coffee as a little pick-me-up. When I went to pick up my drink, I was given a Grande and realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I meant to order a Trenta but didn’t. It was just that kind of day.

The barista at the window was so kind, she immediately offered to remake it for me, even though it was my mistake. I had a lot on my mind and didn’t double-check my order, but the fact that she went out of her way to make it right and brighten my morning meant so much.

Today was the definition of great customer service and kindness, and it truly turned my morning around! Thank you, Starbucks! 💚

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve ordered from. Yesterday my coffee was perfect and today there’s no syrup and all milk. What a joke and a waste of my money. How hard is it to just follow the directions on the order?

This starbucks in st.john Indiana is my favorite, Everytime i come in the attitudes of every employee is fantastic!! They see me and they know what im ordering, including the Manager, when the manager is gone either when she has her day off Roman is so quick to make sure my order is ready hes very polite and courteous Rock on St.John starbucks, other starbucks in the area should be taught by your store CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! 💜

Every now and then, I stop into the Starbucks in Saint John to get some work done or just enjoy a coffee, and every time I’m reminded why I choose this location over the other four nearby. The experience here is truly something special—and that’s largely thanks to the incredible manager, Lauren.

Lauren always finds small but meaningful ways to elevate the customer experience. You can genuinely tell that she and her team care about the people who walk through the door. They remember names, orders, and treat each customer like a regular, which creates such a welcoming and personal atmosphere.

The entire team operates like a well-oiled machine—efficient, friendly, and kind demeanor. Even during busy times, I’ve never had to wait long, and the energy behind the counter is always upbeat and positive. It's clear Lauren leads with both heart and excellence, and it shows in every interaction.

Guys. Something is seriously wrong with how you prepare the drinks. The Espresso in the Iced Shaken Espressos tastes like water. I never have an issue with Target in St john or the Starbucks on 41/30. On the other hand, staff is friendly and inviting, always clean. But please look into how you prepare drinks. 90% of the time, they’re off.

Sat in and had my coffee Saturday morning waiting for my log book to reset. Very clean in side. The lady’s working were completing orders very quickly. I had a very nice experience.

This location wants to unionize. $30 an hour to pour coffee, I don’t think so. The drinks are already ridiculously expensive enough.

Stood in this Starbucks for 30 minutes waiting for my drink. A person who works there was off duty and stood talking to the staff and one poor girl was doing all the work while the other two employees continued to talk to the off duty employee. Then the girl had the nerve to tell me I am rude when I asked about my drink. Terrible service.
