Definitely had a pretty bad experience here. I ordered two sandwiches online and pick them up and drove all the way home to Cedar Lake. Once I got home, I realized both of the sandwiches were incorrect. Unfortunately, my daughter doesn’t eat the bread that her Sandwich was on and I ordered a great garlic and they forgot the defining ingredient on the sandwich with the garlic aïoli. So I had to drive all the way back for them to remake and get my new sandwiches and then they took the sandwiches back that we opened, touched and took a bite of. Just so they can throw them in the garbage. Then offered me no sort of compensation for having to come back twice and eat partially cold food super irritating. I’ll definitely just go to the one in Cedar Lake from now on. UPDATE: I filed a complaint to both this location and the corporate. I never heard back from either. Their customer service is terrible. This location also never takes any coupons and makes it hard when you even want to use your reward points when you get a free cookie or anything of that nature. I'm not planning on going to a subway anytime soon, and if I do, it especially will not be this one.

My visit was terrible jimmy john’s is way better. Meats tasted sour and bread was hard as a rock. Jimmy john’s is definitely my number 1 now. Very upsetting.

Two times in a row I've ordered a salad online with them and when I get my Salad there's not enough food to satisfy a bird, especially lettuce. Come on this is supposed to be a meal not a snack. Put some food in the bowl!!!! Plus they won't accept subway coupons!!

The mother & daughter there will see you walk in and just stand there, have a full conversation off to the side while you wait at the counter for some assistance. Won’t even attempt to act like they want to work.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is a touch screen to order and it’s nothing but problems. I pressed the help button 3 times and nothing. Waited at the window for 5 minutes before someone finally came. She took my order and got it all wrong. Neither of my sandwiches were toasted as I requested. Luckily, I checked the bag before I left because I was also missing a bag of chips that I paid for. I waited another 5 minutes for them to open the window again to give me the chips. $25 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips and it’s like pulling teeth to even order or get what you paid for. Ridiculous.

Not good . As with all the subway shops now. Corporate p*** out. Coupons not being accepted, what's going on with this? One thing is this is false advertising, fraud. Awfully bad on veggies, black mold on tomatoes, core,s not removed on peppers, spinach is slime. Lettuce Grey and disgusting . Better get it together, subway. Ain't going back. For sure, this time.YUK!!

Higher prices then Lowell or crown point or St. John stores. No door dash or Uber Eats from this store, why? No coupons are accepted, don't even ask, HUGE sign states this on the door. The owner is always rude. Drive by at lunch or dinner time and it's a ghost town. No one in town goes there anymore.
