Absolutely Delish!!! Baked potato was perfect and the Triple burger was ? !! I'm about a hour from home on Lockport IL and none of the Wendy's around me are this good !

Order is wrong again. Chili was overloaded with onions ?.No one answers the phone and voice message doesn’t say Wendy’s.The manager was talking bad about customers to an employee. Just another bad experience ??????.Food is expensive and I seriously feel like I just wasted my money here.

I was given dried out chicken on my salad. It is very visible, I looked at the salad and noticed the chicken had sat out to long. If I saw it the person who made the salad saw it.Next time just tell me you are out of salad. I will understand and order something else or go else where, NOPROBLEM!

Wendy's is my occasional guilty pleasure, and it's all about those Frosties. They strike the perfect balance between creamy and chocolaty. Or sometimes the vanilla or strawberry will get my attention. It's the ideal way to cool down on a hot day or satisfy a sweet tooth. While I don't visit often, I know Wendy's will always deliver on their Frosties, and that keeps me coming back for that delightful treat.

I used to go to this location frequently because the food was fresh and the service was good but this crew they have now is just lazy and inconsiderate. They had me waiting for my order in the drive thru so I figured I was waiting for fresh food but when I got my order, not only was it wrong, but my fries were cold like they had been sitting for almost an hour, the drinks were watered down and the bun on my burger was so hard if you knocked on it, it sounded like you were knocking on wood. I immediately drove back through the drive thru, it hadn’t even been 3 minutes that I had been gone, they asked me to produce a receipt which they didn’t give me, then when I gave them back their food they had the audacity to still try to charge me for those watered down drinks. I gave them back everything and I asked for a full refund, which it took 3 people to try to figure out. I gave them my debit card to put the funds back on immediately and I still haven’t gotten my money back yet (it’s been a couple days). I’ve been calling the restaurant to speak to the GM and they don’t answer the phone. If I could give zero stars I would.
