I’m doing this review because Carl who usually runs the front register, does a fantastic job at making sure customer are greeted and are updated on their food. He's sure to make customers happy and have everything they need. In my opinion he deserves the appreciation and the acknowledgment of his great work. Even after wrongfully being fired and was still pristine going back and working there after everything happened.

Why is your tea so gross in the morning?! I come to this location at least 3x a week, mostly in the morning for sandwich and tea. This keeps happening to the tea in the morning. Can’t decide if the tea is old and moldy/from yesterday or you didn’t get the cleaner out. Food was fine though.

Very busy place but was after concert and not Manu options food was on point
They messed up my order. When I confronted the cashier about it, she corrected it for free. The cooks took 2 maybe 3 times as long as the first order of two meals, to cook one singular burger. That makes me wonder how much effort they put into the first order... Hey, at least my burger was good!

The chicken nuggets are processed and doesn’t taste like real chicken. Like it’s been ground or shredded and smashed back together. Fries not hot
