This location should be embarrassed. The food wasn’t even the issue the district supervisor, either Michelle or Mina, was shockingly rude, cruel, and completely disrespectful to guests.
I was picking up a DoorDash order and stood in the lobby for 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment. No greeting, no update, no one even spoke to me. After being ignored for that long, I finally went through the drive-thru just to get a response from someone.
When I explained what happened and said, “I waited in the lobby for the DoorDash order for 15 minutes and nobody talked to me,” her response was hostile and condescending:
“The order has only been here 13 minutes, not 15, and if they (DoorDash) have a problem with it they can call me.”
She then refused to release the DoorDash food until I pulled up to the rail. making it very clear that her precious “timer” was more important than customer service, accountability, or basic human respect. Instead of apologizing for ignoring someone in the lobby, she argued over minutes and talked down to me.
This is not leadership it’s arrogance. If this is how a district supervisor treats guests and delivery drivers, it explains exactly why this location is run so poorly.
I will never return to this Arby’s, and I strongly recommend others avoid it unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and treated like an inconvenience.
I really hope someone in upper management gets this manager under control or she could lead that store into a lawsuit.

Waited 14 minutes for them to just take my order no cars in the drive-thru but too they left and I continued to wait one of the employees was outside fighting with. I’m guessing a girlfriend another employee had to come out and get them pure chaos and unprofessional. There’s never a reason to wait 15 minutes just to get your order taken.

Once again unable to order dine-in during normal business hours. (12:00 noon) We didn’t want to go through the drive through and sit in the car to eat so we had to go all the way to Sellersburg.

Don’t bother dropping by, you’ll be disappointed, just go to Sellersburg.

wasted my gas to take my brother’s girlfriend to her interview and by time we got there we were 6 minutes late due to traffic and the rude manager told her that “she cant interview her because she was late.” absolutely ridiculous. traffic is a thing. this place is a joke and the foods nasty . put something better there already.

Came to get a French dip drove all the way home for it not to have the soup with it drive back and they stopped answering in the drive through at 10:35 when I pulled up. now it’s 10:50 I’m at the drive through window because nobody answered the intercom. still nobody
They arnt even cleaning anything at 10:50 everything just left dripping. Seems like a dirty unprofessional environment
The phone line was cut off “ there is nobody to serve you”
The manager of this location that was working tonight deserves to be fired.

Randomly stops accepting online orders. Can't even redeem my birthday offer as it's online only. Also doesn't ever have half of what the menu shows. No deserts at all available last time I went. Fries are usually old or very cold. Sandwiches are messily assembled. For what you pay it's not worth it.

Stopped by this Arby’s and had a disappointing experience with the service. The manager, Amy, made it clear they had just been slammed, but instead of handling it professionally, she seemed annoyed that we even wanted to order—at a restaurant. I asked how her day was, and she just stared at me without answering. She was rude, unwelcoming, and acted like she had no interest in being there.

That said, the food was actually good, so at least the kitchen staff was doing their job well. It’s a shame the customer service didn’t match.

Just left Arby's my husband bought 2 sliders and they're not even warm the cheese isn't melted. Not only was the food cold . They sent a reply but after 3 times filling it out and it will not send. I'm over it. I tried calling on the phone.It answered said no one was available to take our call and hung up.The manager was super nice to my husband but other than that it was unacceptable
