There was apparently a water main break that caused restaurants in the area to close so this store was very busy. It took 20 min to walk in, order ad get back to our roadtrip. Overall, decent food & service.

Went through the drive through they messed up our order when I came in they made me pay for the food they forgot to put in the bag and then served all the people that were in there first even though I went through the drive-thru and they messed it up very disappointed and the manager was very rude acting like it was my fault will not be coming back to the Scottsburg Burger King do not recommend still waiting on my Burgers even though they messed it up I had to pay for them

I’m giving this restaurant 1 star. Reason being why? They don’t properly understand how to not hold food until it’s cold hard and unsafe to be serving and will still put it in the bag anyways. I eat here on the regular. And 9/10 times, my fries or any fried food ordered with the order is old. This is mainly night shifts problem. There’s no reason for the only thing enjoyable out of a meal ticket, is the burger/ drink. Fries trash, chicken, trash, they need to learn to teach their employees not to hold products that aren’t being served as often late at night, and to tell people there will be a wait when ordering certain items, I’m sure anyone would rather wait for fresh food to be dropped than to be served old cold food over and over each time they come here.

If you’re looking for fast food and fast service, this is NOT the place to go. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting on my order. Apparently no one made my food because the manager went on break? The person who took our order told me “I have no idea who’s waiting on what order because it’s not my area.” I did get a lot of apologies and the folks I interacted with were respectful. The dining area was not clean and the food was as expected.

So I decided to get Burger King today, I definitely shouldn't have. Literally all I got was a double Whopper with cheese add Mayo ketchup and lettuce. Took over 20 minutes just to get my food, then I realize it's wrong it has everything on it, so I go in to get my burger that I ordered, they give me a single Whopper with barely any ketchup mayo and lettuce. Like come on man are you really that incompetent that you can't make a burger with three things on it and cheese?. Definitely not coming back.

Usually love this place but went in tonight at 9 20 and they said would have to go through drive thru.So I went to Casey's and grabbed a sandwich.It was nasty The website says 10.I am back here due to the fact they are short staffed i had coupon for 2 jrs and 2 medium fries along with i ordered 2 plain burgers.Got home the whopper jrs only had ketchup and mustard and the plain burgers same thing.They looked wore out and honestly i know how those corporations are we want you to work or hire but not so many hours and the managers have to take up where regular employees should be.Shame on these corporations.
