Quick service, hot food. Almost all the other fast food places in town have had full remodels in both the kitchen and dining areas. I think business would benefit from a major overhaul.

I DoorDash on the weekend, and I go in there to pick up an order this morning.There's no one in the restaurant but me and four cars in the drive thru. I stood there for about three minutes to get waited on There's about 3 or 4.I'm standing there gossiping and talking. Finally got waited on. didn't have my food ready .The girl that makes the food over there gossiping why she was late today. Then she finally made my sandwich.She walked off to go gossip some more, and then the girl to drive through. Took my order and gave it to somebody else in the drive-thru . Every time I go there They have issues that are a terrible morning crew. You're supposed to be waiting on people and making their food, not standing around and talking. Can't report to the manager cause she was in the huddle talking. 😡

My food was cold and I was missing part of my order. They refused to replace the missing item. I won't be going back. Worst fast food place. When you pay what they want for their food and they mess up and won't replace it when they mess up.... Just ridiculous.

Went to bk for dinner with my gf, got the 20$ meal with whoppers, chicken sandwich and nuggets. All the food was cold, burnt and you could tell that the food has been either recooked or sat for a while bc the chicken had a black look to it. Worst bk I've had. The cashier seemed like she hates her job and was not welcoming or smiling at all. She rushed our ordering process. 20$ worth of food and not a single item was satisfactory don't waste your time or money here!!! Needs new employees who value their work!!

In the morning I stopped in for coffee and everything was fine in the afternoon I wanted to do lunch with a feature from the app but my app did not work and the staff was not able to help me with the app so therefore I moved on

Got couple Philly Melts, Bread was Not Toasted as it should have been? I called and asked about it, the girl said it was something about being in between when toaster was too hot ?? I told her waiting for them to be toasted when cool enough would have been fine and I wasn’t happy about it ??? She finally said sorry about that ! I didn’t appreciate how she acted as though it wasn’t a big deal or anything
