Usually love this place but went in tonight at 9 20 and they said would have to go through drive thru.So I went to Casey's and grabbed a sandwich.It was nasty The website says 10.I am back here due to the fact they are short staffed i had coupon for 2 jrs and 2 medium fries along with i ordered 2 plain burgers.Got home the whopper jrs only had ketchup and mustard and the plain burgers same thing.They looked wore out and honestly i know how those corporations are we want you to work or hire but not so many hours and the managers have to take up where regular employees should be.Shame on these corporations.

Placed mobile order, apparently my ticket printed but didn't show on screen, so when I pull up to window no order, had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make order, after already waiting 20 minutes in drive thru to start. Get home and both burgers made incorrectly and shorted large fry. Called and spoke to manager Dawn Reader, very rude and no people skills. Will be contacting support.

Your drive thru person (crystal) has a very bad attitude this makes twice now I've came through and been treated horrible in in the drive thru I've been cut off and told you don't sell something that's on the menu then ask someone else and you have it and they tell me your just in a bad mood and don't care well you should care and if you don't don't work there we spend our hard earned money to eat there not be treated like garbage. Change your drive thru staff ASAP...

Lady at front window was very nice, she was trying get our code for us and she took her time manager seemed a little bother but she was very nice and customer friendly and the burger was good onion rings and wrap was not wrap was burned

Details of new How To Train Dragon meal (advertised on TV and their signs) were inaccurate and I was overcharged for meal. Employees did not care to explain or correct it.

They literally got my order wrong and I was missing items. It took forever to get my food when they’re really wasn’t anyone in the drive thru except me and one other person. Don’t bother going to this one, next time I’ll drive to a better one that’s further away.

Horrible manager and customer service. I went through for breakfast this morning and ordered a number 1, sausage egg and cheese crossiant and hasbrowns. Got all the way home and opened my food, they gave me a ham and cheese crossiant. I called the store and told them my order was wrong and that I do not eat ham, the manager was extremely rude I asked her to replace it, she said they were almost done with breakfast and if I didn't make it up there within 15mins I couldn't get my food replaced. So my husband has to now RUN down the highway in the POURING RAIN (we don't have a car we got a ride to get food) to get my order replaced. I asked her if he made it there after 10:30 if she could just make it, she said no very rudely. So I asked then can you give me lunch sandwich then if he doesn't make it in time. She said no I can't do that either. So you guys mess up, give me the wrong food, and if I don't make it back with 15mins to spare walking in the rain, you can't even give me a lunch sandwich for your mess up!!!? What the hell is that for customer service!? I work in fast food management and you are supposed to make it right to the customer when you mess up. I get that mistakes happen, however it is YOUR JOB to make it right when you do. And telling me if I don't make it in 15mins you can't remake my breakfast, and you can't offer me a lunch sandwich either if I don't make it in time is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER be going back to this location because of this. Poor service and horrible about making up for their wrongdoings. They don't care!

I DoorDash on the weekend, and I go in there to pick up an order this morning.There's no one in the restaurant but me and four cars in the drive thru. I stood there for about three minutes to get waited on
There's about 3 or 4.I'm standing there gossiping and talking. Finally got waited on. didn't have my food ready .The girl that makes the food over there gossiping why she was late today. Then she finally made my sandwich.She walked off to go gossip some more, and then the girl to drive through. Took my order and gave it to somebody else in the drive-thru . Every time I go there They have issues that are a terrible morning crew. You're supposed to be waiting on people and making their food, not standing around and talking. Can't report to the manager cause she was in the huddle talking. 😡

The person in the drive-thru was very nice. The fries were cold. Because the cost of food has gone up so much, the quality of the food needs to match the price.
