Domino's Pizza

We had a large order of pizza for a party. They did great, provided excellent service when we picked up, and even helped us load the pizzas into the car. Highly recommend them.

Delivery driver Gianna was awesome!!! They forgot garlic sauce she drove back to get it. Really appreciated her doing that

I placed a mobile order, and waited for the notification to let me know my order was ready. I went to the pickup window to pick up my completed order. The gentleman at the window checked for my order and said it wasn’t done yet then proceeded to tell me, he needed to help the person behind me. I then waited an additional almost five minutes. I don’t mind to wait, I just don’t understand why you’d mark an order as ready and it not be.

The Scottsburg Indiana location is truly one of the best! It's rare to get good service anywhere these days ,so when the service was exceptional (as in this case), it needs to be recognized. And the Scottsburg General Manager, Michael, went above and beyond in helping me with a situation and doing way more than was needed and he is a prime example of how great customer service and great managers still exist! We will definitely be a repeat customer and will always remember how well Michael treated us and went out of his way to help us, the customer, and this shows what respect and professionalism he has as a GM and is a definite asset to Domino's! Please keep him around, As he actually cares about the customer and does his job amazingly well! My hubby and I cannot thank Michael enough for being so helpful and courteous and we thank you again and will always remember your kindness and going out of your way to help, and please know how greatful we are for that!
