Came for lunch, sat at the order menu after being told to wait. No one ever took my order. Pulled around and there was one car in the drive-thru. This place is always empty during lunch and I now know why.

Waited 12 minutes to order inside, only 2 in front when I arrived. Gave up and left without ordering. They were having a very difficult time coordinating orders, figuring out what food was in the tray. No leadership. Very disappointing.

This is the cleanest nicest restaurant that I’ve ate in in a long time and the manager Amanda goes way beyond expectations. I noticed to her customers when I was sitting there, and I got my food, hot and fast with a smile and even got greeted when I walked in the door.

I ordered the snack wraps....and let's just say they were the saddest snack wraps i have ever seen. The cheese and lettuce was almost non existent. And even worse, the apple turnover was very bland. The workers however were very sweet and kind. The place was relatively clean, no complaints there. Overall, the food was the problem.

I stopped by later tonight to pick up a door dash. The window operator was extremely helpful and nice! So I decided to stop back by and order. All my food was fresh, tasty, perfect. Once again the window operator provided an amazing experience for us!

As far as fast food places that sell chicken and other Hardee's restaurants this place is pretty great. The one in Seymour (that ended up closing) was horrible and you'd wait 15 to 20 minutes for food being the only one in line and the staff were disgusting and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. But this place has nice friendly staff, they communicate when something might take a minute, and the place is much cleaner and better managed. They have outstanding chicken tenders! They aren't fun to eat when overcooked, but the majority of the time they are cooked perfectly. I eat here quite often.
