We don't have LJS in our area any more so we stop when we travel. This store brought us extra pieces of chicken because they thought the ones they gave us originally were too small. Great service.

Fish must of been under the heat lamp, so tough we could not eat it, husband picked up through drive thru, it’s been that way the last 2 times we’ve gotten fish there, very aggravating, you pay good money for a meal & then it’s so bad you can’t eat it. Employees have always been nice, no complaints with service, only the fish, excuse me while I go make me something to eat now

My husband and I are there a week ago and a couple weeks before that a friend and I ate there. They must have gotten a new manager and new staff it was all teenage boys and both times the food was made fresh when ordered and it was delicious the fish chicken and Cole slaw and hush puppies was the best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely going back

Place is very dirty. Food had No flavor. Greasy. Music was too loud. Place was extremely cold. No self service condiment cups, in fact, condiment containers were empty, no salt, etc. Very trashy Place. Ate inside, no one was in dining room, tables and chairs were dirty, dirty floors, etc. Business was mostly drive-thru. Employees were over worked ??? Uniforms were dirty, stained, noticed no health dept. Procedures were not being used. Nasty, nasty place. Sad, Yum, you can do better!!!

We ordered on the app and stopped in the late-night. We arrived a little early and they had us pull into the drive thru parking spot. They brought out our order early and apologized for the wait (we tried to assure them it was no problem). Even though it was late night, everything was cooked well and they even included all the sauces I requested. Overall the best experience I've had at any Long John Silver's I've ever visited.

I order an 8 piece fish and 12 shrimp meal online and it was supposed to be ready at 9:20pm on 6/18/25. Showed up and they said never received because there internet was down. Showed them my phone where I ordered and paid and they would not make and said I needed to get a refund. This not the first time we also went to order earlier this week at around 9pm on the app. and it said it was closed and not taking orders.
