I order an 8 piece fish and 12 shrimp meal online and it was supposed to be ready at 9:20pm on 6/18/25. Showed up and they said never received because there internet was down. Showed them my phone where I ordered and paid and they would not make and said I needed to get a refund. This not the first time we also went to order earlier this week at around 9pm on the app. and it said it was closed and not taking orders.

Got a platter one week before a platter enclosed was fish lots of hush puppies shrimp bites and waffle fries and slaw! Went the week after food was not in a platter two pieces fish 2 waffle fries Two hush puppies! A few lobster bites and forgot my slaw ! Did not have half the food I received the week before! They were in two small boxes the size a Big Mac would come in! Something was definitely wrong. This was at the Scottsburg Indiana Long John's Silver.

I pulled up to the kiosk and waited to give them my order. There was no one else in line and no one in the store except the employees. I ordered a fish and shrimp platter and a fish and chicken platter. I was told they were out of shrimp, so I ordered two fish and chicken platters. Then I pulled up to the window, I sat there for at yet ten minutes before they had my food. I asked for some tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. They only have me two packets of tartar sauce and said they were out. You guys need to check into who is managing this store. This place is terrible.

The drive to menu is never lit up so you can't see it, and I've been there four times different times of the day to try to get their grilled fish but every time I go there I'm told they're not cooking it do you have a certain time that you cook grilled fish? If so what time ?
I’m leaving one star because the workers are nice but otherwise I would leave zero stars, the food is awful; stale and overcooked. I’m very disappointed

We went on a Sunday and they were out of cole slaw, went back two week later and they were still out of Cole Slaw. Worker said they ran out of mix for the cole slaw, how does this happen. Need better managers to place orders better and not run out of food.
