one former mgr said to ask a staf member to adjust the heat settings for the dining room. he said they can adjust it......
Then another staff member said they can't adjust it.
I happen to personally know the former Mgr who said yes you can adjust it.
They need to stop LYING about it.
Stop replying with a scripted response asking for emails or phone numbers.
You don't need personal contact info to remedy all the complaints that people have posted

I ordered 3 Spicy Mc Crispy sandwiches. Xtra pepper sauce. there wasn't hardly any sauce on the god dam sandwich. I got a manager and showed her. I said who ever made this either cant read or didn't read. i ended up getting another. and it had so much sauce on it the thing was dripping sauce everywhere.
I almost threw it on the floor and stomped it so it would make a mess. let you people clean it up. It would have served ya right!
It wasn't even busy in there maybe 10 people tops in the dining room.
Another time I ordered food it was presented to me in a paper bag and one of the ladies behind the counter took the bag and put it on a tray..
Since when do we put food in a bag then put the bag on a tray and serve it like that? I said to her that was absurd. she just looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights...
If they can't even get an order right or read a order and make it correctly, You shouldn't be asking or wanting 15.00 an hour....

It's mcdonalds... delicious food and great customer service. If you experience anything less at mcdonalds then maybe you're the problem, because every mcdonalds I've ever been in the customer service is always great. Occasionally they'll make a mistake, but they always fix it without any hassle. What's not to love about McDonald's.

Apparently McDonald's no longer serves grilled chicken. Gluten intolerance so very disappointed. Delay in getting food but received coupon for free sandwich and apology. Overall good

Stopped here because we saw a billboard for a playland and so glad we did!!! They have an amazing play area that also includes tables, tablets and a kid/parent toilet!

I usually get the correct order in a timely fashion. I haven't been happy with the hash browns (or french fries) in a while. It seems like the fryers aren't as hot or they are being lifted too soon from the fryers. Whatever has happened, they just aren't as crispy and don't seem cooked enough in the middle.
