It's mcdonalds... delicious food and great customer service. If you experience anything less at mcdonalds then maybe you're the problem, because every mcdonalds I've ever been in the customer service is always great. Occasionally they'll make a mistake, but they always fix it without any hassle. What's not to love about McDonald's.

Apparently McDonald's no longer serves grilled chicken. Gluten intolerance so very disappointed. Delay in getting food but received coupon for free sandwich and apology. Overall good

Stopped here because we saw a billboard for a playland and so glad we did!!! They have an amazing play area that also includes tables, tablets and a kid/parent toilet!

I usually get the correct order in a timely fashion. I haven't been happy with the hash browns (or french fries) in a while. It seems like the fryers aren't as hot or they are being lifted too soon from the fryers. Whatever has happened, they just aren't as crispy and don't seem cooked enough in the middle.

Stopped here for a bite after racking up miles traveling from Wisconsin back to Kentucky. What a nasty location. Filthy dining room, bugs on floor, poky service, idle emplyees and cold food. There was also an employee sitting on the curb in view of us, outside the dining windows in the parking lot inches from our vehicle blowing cigarette smoke on our bumper and into the grill of our vehicle....INSANE!! I finally set the panic button off on my key fob, and she rolled on her side along the curb away from our vehicle. If there's a manager at this location, they must be asleep in the office, or locked in the walk-in cooler. Owners need to QA this location, and hire new managers and staff. What a pit!!!

Food was Luke warm. I asked for extra pickles and got none. I went up and asked again for extra pickles. There was a young transient girl begging for food from all the patrons And a gentleman camped out in an out of the way table. An emoyee sat on the curb next to our vehicle, blowing cigarette smoke until we set off our car alarm. She then stood right next to the entrance and smoked. Not good for folks with breathing issues.

Everything i go thru drive-thru I get push forward to holding site just because of their timer bs tonight nobody behind us for instance no reason to pull forward other than timer. It is crazy
