Ordered a few pizzas with 30mins before closed not realizing it. they called me said they couldnt bring it to me cause they didnt have a driver ok no problem when i offered to come pick up got told no its canceled hangs up like wow ok rude much. And people wonder why i dont go to the Scottsburg papa johns :-(

Pizza is wonderful as always but when I went to pick up a pizza… I noticed none of them have gloves employees making them wear gloves. No hair nets either. It really grossed me out to see them not wearing gloves. Please please make your employees wear gloves to make people’s food.

Managers hire back an abuser for their assistant manager (Robby little) then threaten to fire another guy that works there because he started dating the victim and she came to get something outside of her boyfriend’s car. Then one of the managers threatens to fight the victim telling her to come back up there to “say it to her face” at papa John’s. JOKES.
Not happy, first time ordering on line and thought I put delivery but did carry out. Kept watching tracker and after 30 min I called and was told it was there awaiting carry out. I would think someone would’ve called but no. I had added a $10.00 tip for driver which I didn’t get back. Got home and my pizza that was supposed to have xtra cheese had reg. Rant over, sorry.

If they have no delivery drivers they use door dash to deliver your food which is normally fine with me except they left my food on the ground (not in the delivery location). Management offered no help to the situation

The employees were excellent and very friendly the store is a bit run down but it is a small town and most of the stores In town Town were dated or a bit run down. We were I. For the eclipse and the store manager gave me great ideas to fill the time with the kids pre and post the event.
