Why is it always shut down? Why was the crew fired for no reason?

This is the absolute worst Popeyes ive ever been to. The workers here do not mind to lie to you about what food they have available because they do not feel like doing anything. Service is just absolute terrible. Get some people in here that will do their job and this place would be fine.

Highly disappointing experience, by not just myself, but other patrons were quite upset at the service, the lack of communication, and how the staff managed themselves along with their customer interaction. Took >15 minutes to get thighs for my order; and longer for another customer order. Meanwhile when another person inquired about their order, the young guy would only share about his day and what he walked into… sorry to hear about that, honestly am, but you have hungry people upset, least you could offer is a free chicken finger or dessert or something. Customer service in times like this is important, and critical. Hope this store can improve, or at least this was just a time that didn’t reflect on normal conditions, cause the chicken is good.

I’d like to have an experience to share, but you can’t wait 20 plus minutes in a drive through. AND NOT BECAUSE THE LONG LINE.
In the past 3 weeks I have tried to get food on lunch 4 times. Left the line 3 of those times and the line consisted of 2 vehicles.

I will not be back.

This location is sorely understaffed and they were out of so many things. I feel bad for the employees. While we were here the three employees working were doing their best to keep up with orders, the truck and cooking.

I always loved eating at Popeyes I’m just disappointed that we couldn’t get a soda and paid for a combo meal. I gave 4 stars for the service because the lady didn’t tell me they were out of soda until after we paid for the order.

Other than that, this is clearly a corporate and or leadership issue.

There was a homeless gentleman that all of the workers were complaining about walking around outside. What they didn’t seem to notice was him picking up trash all over the parking lot, in the grass, and around the building. He then threw all the trash away and proceeded to straighten up and clean up the entire lobby. When he was done, he simply asked for some food that the workers were getting ready to throw anyways. A kind young man offered to purchase him a meal. While the staff continued to be rude and demeaning, after he literally just did their job for them.

I understand the stigmas surrounding the homeless. But… they are still people, and they deserve compassion. He showed up doing acts of kindness, and he was treated like the trash he threw away FOR YOUR establishment.

I hope blessings come this man’s way. And I hope your staff NEVER have to be looked at like they just looked at him. Part of working in the food industry is customer service, and with customer service comes compassion. There was NONE displayed today. I know that losing one customer doesn’t mean anything to your establishment. But I won’t be back. I can only hope other people follow suit when they see the lack of compassion for those less fortunate.

good luck ever trying to eat here, I would rate the food but I’ve never had the opportunity to get their food because every time I try whether it be in the middle of day or evening they will not serve you. And forget about it if you have a sports team with you they’ll just lock the doors before you get to the front and refuse to even take your order from the drive through. I get it it’s not fun working at fast food i’ve done it before but this was a reoccurrence for 3 weeks in a row that my team tried to eat there and i’ll give the workers credit they tried serving about 3 of us before they decided it was too much with zero cars in the drive though and simply locked the rest of team out of the store. Recommendation for manager: find someone else to man your store
