I recently had the pleasure of dining at Smokin J’s BBQ Food Truck, and I must say, it was some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time! I ordered the ribbon fries topped with pulled pork, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular.
The serving size was enormous, making it a fantastic value for the price. Each bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the perfect blend of smoky and savory notes that only true BBQ can deliver. The pulled pork was tender and well-seasoned, while the crispy ribbon fries added a delightful crunch that complemented the dish beautifully.
What truly stood out to me was the overall quality and freshness of the food. It's clear that Smokin J’s takes pride in their offerings. I can confidently say I will be keeping an eye out for their truck in the future—I can't wait to indulge in their delicious BBQ again! The cucumber pickles took me right back to my childhood, to family dinners on the High Plains, prepared by my bachelor farmer great-uncles and an unmarried aunt or two, who had their Southern roots in their memories. Yummmm!

Ate there today 12/01/2020. Their BBQ is AMAZING! MUST try the blueberry waffles, my 10 year old never compliments anything but he loved them and voiced it loudly. Lol The best restaurant food I've had in a very long time. Cookies are fresh and delicious. Also very clean and prices are amazing as well. Kid friendly. Will most definitely be coming back.

the pulled pork and cole slaw is my favorite and something I look forward to wednesdays when we go to the woodman food truck festival. I am a barbeque sauce snob and ABSOLUTELY love theirs! and their cole slaw is just stupid good and a perfect pair with the pulled pork sandwich! not to mention just how awesome the staff is. hands down amazing all around! :)
