Horrible, cold food, took forever, and forgot things. Also gave me chicken bites when I ordered chicken tenders! I ordered 3 tenders and received 3 chicken bites. What a scam. Called corporate and she made it right. I would recommend calling them as they were helpful. Much more helpful that Alesha the manager.

Terrible service through and through. I advise you hit another Sonic or fast food place. Plenty of options in the area. Took a half hour to get our food. They forgot our drink. We left and realized they forgot part of our order. We went back. They asked for the rest of the order back (cold food) in order to provide us what we paid for. We watched Alesha, the manager, send out multiple other employees- after we asked to speak to the manager- until she finally came out. She offered no resolution. While we were waiting, outside- we watched every one of the other vehicles waiting have an issue. They gave out the wrong order, forgot things over and over. If you go- good luck! I hope you have 45 min to wait!

Don't know why it would take 20 min for an ocean water to be made, but im not sure how much longer Scottsburg Sonic will last if that's how long its going to continue to take just for one drink especially when there's no cars in the drive thru and only 2 other cars pulled up.

My husband and I are traveling to Nashville and stopped for a late lunch. We waited between 5-10 minutes after pressing the red button for someone to take our order. Then we waited a half hour for our meal. The fries were cold and the chili dogs were lukewarm. We ordered ketchup but never got it. When we arrived it was not very busy but when we left it was very busy and it appeared they only had two carry-outs. Plus, there is a drive-thru! Very dissatisfied customers!
Passing through, we were looking for a place for our family to have dinner. We have never tried a Sonic, so pulled off to try. There really were not many customers, and maybe that should have been our sign. We all decided what we wanted to eat and pressed the red button to order. The male receiving the order was "short" trying to "complete" the order without asking if our order was complete. We had to tell him it was a big order and we weren't done ordering twice. He "completed" the order after our fourth sandwich totaling it out for payment. It was very apparent at that point that they were not interested in our business.

Went to this Sonic as a first time going to any Sonic for over 10 years. Ordering via the kiosk was difficult not really very straight forward. Service was relatively slow for a fast food place. When the food came out the gal said I need to pay wich I did do during my checkout but apparently the card didn't scan but it gave me no indication. Food itself was just decent. Nothing to write home about.

The server was a sweet girl. The onion rings were very good. The corn dog reminded me of the ones I buy at the grocery and put in the oven.

This place is horrible Every time I come here I wait at least 30 minutes for food. Sometimes they don’t even take my order when there again today my drink was all carbonation. She shorted me money, like come on cannot believe they’re still open!
