They made my drink wrong I asked for a grape slushy with extra sweet cream because they skimp you and usually only put a drop in and they agreed to make me another one then the garbage manager sent that poor girl out to tell me she had to take my slushy back to add more sweet cream and I said if you take it back I just want a refund so they give me $1.69 back as a refund on my $4.03 slushy and kept the slushy… I didn’t even get to drink my slushy and it wasn’t what I ordered. Never coming back to this Sonic ever again and this type of customer service is why your poor food runners don’t get great tips and Sonic is going out of business. Here’s pics. Trashy service in my opinion. Not the girl that brought the food out though the manager. Calling corporate bye.

We waited for a very long time for our order. Then we did not get our drink the lady went in twice to get it and came back without it. Then she just never returned. They also got our order wrong.

I am increasingly worried when I go here but only because the service has been really slow. The staff members are great, but it takes a really long time to place the order. My husband and I went on June 10th for ice cream on our anniversary, and our red button timed out 3 times. Either our stall was broken, or they just weren't able to get to us. I hate doing it because I want to give places the benefit of the doubt, but we ended up leaving and not ordering. I worked in food service for 10 years, and I know it isn't rainbows and sunshine, so I'm not mad, and I will try again sometime, but service needs to improve. Either staff numbers or service to the speaker systems.

Horrible, cold food, took forever, and forgot things. Also gave me chicken bites when I ordered chicken tenders! I ordered 3 tenders and received 3 chicken bites. What a scam. Called corporate and she made it right. I would recommend calling them as they were helpful. Much more helpful that Alesha the manager.

Terrible service through and through. I advise you hit another Sonic or fast food place. Plenty of options in the area. Took a half hour to get our food. They forgot our drink. We left and realized they forgot part of our order. We went back. They asked for the rest of the order back (cold food) in order to provide us what we paid for. We watched Alesha, the manager, send out multiple other employees- after we asked to speak to the manager- until she finally came out. She offered no resolution. While we were waiting, outside- we watched every one of the other vehicles waiting have an issue. They gave out the wrong order, forgot things over and over. If you go- good luck! I hope you have 45 min to wait!

Don't know why it would take 20 min for an ocean water to be made, but im not sure how much longer Scottsburg Sonic will last if that's how long its going to continue to take just for one drink especially when there's no cars in the drive thru and only 2 other cars pulled up.

My husband and I are traveling to Nashville and stopped for a late lunch. We waited between 5-10 minutes after pressing the red button for someone to take our order. Then we waited a half hour for our meal. The fries were cold and the chili dogs were lukewarm. We ordered ketchup but never got it. When we arrived it was not very busy but when we left it was very busy and it appeared they only had two carry-outs. Plus, there is a drive-thru! Very dissatisfied customers!
