Everytime I come here they treat the drive thru as bottom priority. Today they said the drive thru was closed and it was only 7:45 pm. Due to them being “busy” very poor service. Lack of staff. Do not understand how to make the sandwiches on the menu.

I could not hear at the Speaker and the girl said she could not hear me either. I got my sandwich, got home and there was Yellow Mustard on it. And the sweet tea was not sweet. Called and they only offered a remake and Im 10 minutes away. I said no I'm not coming back to town. And that was it. So I told them they'd get a bad online review. And here we are. I stopped and bought sweet tea at the gas station and dumped my drink but waited, till I got home to eat the sandwich. I'm sick of these fast food places having the worst service. Guess it's bologna instead, with no Mustard, Yuck !

We stopped in to eat on our way down to Louisville. I wish my subway back home was like this one. Clean, friendly and the staff knew the menu.

I went to the crothersville Subway and the kids there acted so strange and got my food completely wrong really upset me treated me very poorly but then I drove all the way to Scottsburg subway. The parking lot was extremely clean The lobby was spotless, and I was immediately greeted by Jose. Jose was extremely thorough very friendly and respectable and got every detail of my sandwich perfect. I mean I hated Scottsburg subway before this kid was hired because the employees where terrible, and I was to worried to get my sandwich made by them. But this kid is absolutely fantastic, I'm so happy for him. I'm so grateful for being able to eat subway again and know for sure my food is clean and I am taken care of properly as a guest/customer! Jose deserves and raise and more recognition! And I truly hope he gets it !

Employees are often short/unfriendly. They seem unwelcoming to customers. Orders are oftentimes wrong. We love Subway, but don’t find it worth going to this local one.

Why is the drive thru NEVER open? Why even have one if it’s never open? My subs are always thrown together and SOME of the workers really don’t care about how your sub looks or if you even have fresh veggies. I hate to be rude or one of those people, but this subway really sucks sometimes. I used to work for subway for two years so I know it’s not hard to make a good sandwich.
