Stopped to get a bit to eat and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged my husband and me. I guess the drive through is more important then dine in customer's. Will never go back there again. Bless the nice people at McDonald's who still believe in taking care of customer's.

Young lady in the window on nights is the sweetest, I forgot my key tag for my free frosty, but she remembered me and gave it to me anyway! I'm here almost everyday after work and I always look forward to chatting with her.
The manager Vee is absolutely awesome! She made it quick and fast with service as well did the employees, well kept cleaned and nice environment, Highly recommend Wendys here in town!

Went to Wendy's ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries didn't even get out of the parking lot. Thank God I checked because they didn't put all 3 sandwiches in there went into. Explain to them that I'm missing a sandwich and they proceeded to tell me. Oh, were you only ordered 2 sandwiches which the Lady, who or the guy who it was took the order. Repeated the whole order back to me. And then she had enough nerve to call me a liar to my face and tell me that I only ordered two sandwiches, so i'm not very impressed with wendy's

I went in around 1:30 p.m. today. There was two other people seated at tables in the dining room all of the tables were dirty. You have to order at the kiosk if you're not able to do the kiosk you have to ask for assistance I ordered my meal and my drink at the kiosk and then waited for my order. At that point an employee walked up to the counter grabbed a cup from below the counter set it up on the counter with their fingers down inside the cup and began yelling my name. I replied OK THANKS I WILL WAIT FOR MY ENTIRE ORDER. So when that employee went a simple and all my order and put it up on the counter I walked up there and politely asked for another cup. She then walked away from me and I had to wait for another employee to come up and help me. Also the machine that gives you the drinks in the lobby area was not working they were servicing it so I actually had to ask them to make my drink for me. I just went ahead and ate my cold food at my dirty table and left I will not be back there again. I am sure they will be happy about that because I am just another person that complains I'm sure.

Set in line for 4 minutes without moving. This isn't the first time we have had slow service. Dine in, we walked out. Drive thru, we pulled out of line. I won't be going back to this location, ever.
