Went through the drive threw got me a roast beef with lettuce..tomato..mayo..n a turnover..get home which is 16 miles away n no roast beef on sandwich..so I pull in tonight tell the dimwit at the window..showed him pictures n alls I got was Hummm that's weired...Seriously...well Arby's I'm done..I go threw there a couple times a week after work No More...not even a I'm sorry or a discount..Wow!!

The breading on the chicken in the wrap was very crunchy and hard. Didn't finish it. I presume it's a chicken patty cut in half for the wrap, do I won't be eating their chicken sandwich in the future. The roast beef and cheddar was good, as always.

The people are friendly and the food is good. They fixed the sign and glass years ago. What kills me about Arby's is the price jumps. Deals are scarce, and if you like the deals your in luck. If you don't, your stuck because they don't change very often. The online deals were good for awhile, but have also gotten scarce or useless. The current price for a French dip means I haven't had one in ages. They don't have a 5 dollar meal like many of their competitors that I'm aware of. So where the food is good and the service is sufficient, the prices are getting out of hand. And that is coming from someone who used to love the old 3 for $5 deals years ago.

Headed to Arby's upon hearing news that potato cakes were back for the first time in a long time! At 11:30am, there was not a clean table in the place, which means that they did not clean from yesterday. Pump sauces were already out, so were not checked at end of yesterday or start of day. The carpet in there is stained and nasty looking. Just felt run down and dirty.

Complete order was wrong. Went back thru the drive up and made to feel like it was my fault. But this was the kicker…my forgotten fries were “curly” and there was a whole 6 in the box. A waste of money this trip. Enough we won’t visit here again.
