Do yourself a favor dont bother ordered a family meal via website they didn't send over half the meal that my husband didn't get. Called them to let them know young man put it down to come following day which I was ok with. Fast forward to day 2 my husband went to get missing shrimp chicken and hush puppies from our family meal they gave him portions for single meal.

My husband & I went here yesterday and was getting ready to place our order. We were informed that they were out of fries. Really??? If I could give a minus score, this is exactly what I would give. There was a car at the window asking for her money back. That must of been a bad order as well! Food on floor - Very unacceptable! We ended up leaving. This use to be our favorite place. What has happened?? When passing the drive thru board, they had put a sign up saying drive-thru CLOSED?!?! All of this happening during lunch time. Just in the little time that we were there, a lot of money lost. - The lady at the window, the lady before us, and my husband and I.. Things need to improve drastically. Again- this was the Captain Ds in Seymour.

While our food was good, the two orders that we had were confused. You could tell that needed training had not been offered or taken seriously by those working. This was evident even when tables were being cleaned. No disinfectant was used. A dry rag was used on all tables but only in areas where crumbs were located. The whole table was not sanitized. No correction or direction was given except to clean up the dining area. Then again only half was done and then the work stopped.

Made an order 3pcs fish meal double green beans add a side of Mac Chesse No hash puppies don't like them can't have them put 1 bread stick in place of hash puppies. Get to the front to pay the lady had the order mix up had green beans and mac cheese as the sides for meal sothey add extraside of green beans she said she had me down for two bread sticiks so I paid the extra for the bread stick as she handed my food out she tell me hash puppies are in there told her I did not order them she said I was not charged for I said no problem as long as they was not inmy food and they was the catine was broken underon the bottom only 1 bread stick not two called back to talk to the manger the said that they would need to get there boss but she on break and not answering phone so I said for her to call me back left phone number still no call back.

The young lady working the front was friendly, helpful. Food was excellent. Why they got 4 not 5 : We showed up when they had just opened and restaurant was cold. They were having trouble with the soda machine. I tried 3 before I found one that worked.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had!!! Food was nasty, didn't receive all of it and just because it was delivery the seymour indiana store did not want to help in ANY way!!! I even got hung up on!!! I will NEVER purchase from ANY captain d's again!!!

Food suck...I usually eat in columbus. I love their fish and hushpuppies but seymour has some kind of different fish and the bredding on their hushpuppies suck. Must be owned by different people that dont order from the franchise or something because its all different. Will Never go back here again. Columbus is the best
