This has been the worst experience I've ever had!!! Food was nasty, didn't receive all of it and just because it was delivery the seymour indiana store did not want to help in ANY way!!! I even got hung up on!!! I will NEVER purchase from ANY captain d's again!!!

Food suck...I usually eat in columbus. I love their fish and hushpuppies but seymour has some kind of different fish and the bredding on their hushpuppies suck. Must be owned by different people that dont order from the franchise or something because its all different. Will Never go back here again. Columbus is the best

Staff was knowledgeable with quick service, however not very professional. Building has a neat atmosphere. Food was expensive for the quality delivered. Very price point entry food with a premium fast food price. Would not recommend or revisit.
I ordered my meal on the app. The app stated it would be ready at 12:03. I came in at 12:04. Was never acknowledged and waited until 12:15. At which time the lady behind the counter said “ I don’t know where your food is.” I asked for a refund and the food promptly arrived. If you are looking for timely service or any service. This is NOT the place! For the priced you can eat anywhere!!

Robbed. Ordered and paid for fish and shrimp, received fish only, sides were also wrong. No butter or sour cream, came with bacon. Paid almost $16 for $11 worth of food, no time to go back.

$49.12?!?!?! For 2 adults and an 11 year old?? We could eat at a nice dine in restaurant for almost that price!!! The food was hot and fresh. The one star on atmosphere, well, to be frank, there was absolutely nothing. Not one, absent. Our customer service was PHENOMENAL!! The only exception is that, for example, my husband ordered extra hush puppies. They were 6/$3.49 regular priced and on sale 5/$1.49. As we seen on an ad walking out. Our ignorance, I guess. The combos each of us ordered was completely asinine. However, the amount of fries we were given that were to be for the "side." We counted them individually. My husband had 9 with his fish, my daughter had 15 with her chicken, and I had 12 with my lobster rolls??? The poster of the lobster bites with the shrimp made me indecisive in choice of rolls or bites. I wasn't interested in adding the shrimp, I added an order of just the bites. My expectations weren't that it'd be a sack full. BY ALLLLLLLLL MEANS MORE THAN FIVE!?!?! The $3.49 order of okra tasted GREAT!! The only thing is that once they became palatable in my mouth, THEY WERE ALL GONE!?! The box couldn't have been an ⅛ of the ways full. We were so confused. As if they didn't cook enough? Did they run out?

Food is usually good but the service is awful. Check your order before you leave. Passing thru and stopped to grab dinner on the way. Ordered fish'n shrimp dinner with two sides and when we arrived 30 minutes away we find just a fish sandwhich. Called to get a credit on my card. They refused!
