I would have submitted a picture of the food but I ate it too fast! There are very few BBQ restaurants and food trucks that I don't believe I can do better than at home, this is one of those companies. Incredibly good, moist and tender brisket done right. Find their food truck or hire them for their catering. You won't be disappointed!
Contracted Covered Bridge to cater lunch for a Business I've worked with as a thank you. The order was for 20 people and included their bourbon chicken, brisket, sides, their bar-b-que sauce, drinks, and dessert. As I'm a couple states away I wasn't able to attend, but everyone there had nothing but good things to say about lunch. Everything arrived hot and on time. Ordered through their website which was quick and easy. A+

I was incredibly impressed with Dustin and his prompt response to my catering inquiry. We hosted 50 current and potential clients for a work event at a venue in Nashville, Indiana and needed a quality, tasty, catered meal. It was absolutely delicious BBQ pulled pork, BBQ pulled chicken, Mac n’ Cheese, baked beans, corn bread muffins, Cole slaw, and cookies! Dustin arrived right on time and set up the spread quickly. Our guests loved it, many went back for seconds and thirds. I personally had the pulled pork which was perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful! The corn bread literally melted in my mouth, and the Mac n’ cheese was deliciously creamy, the baked beans had that hint of brown sugar sweetness, and the Cole slaw was light and reminded me of my grandma’s recipe. We will absolutely book Covered Bridge BBQ again, and will add him as a preferred caterer for future events! My only regret is not ordering the brisket!

We used the for our wedding this past weekend and they killed it. We had people calling us to ask where we got the food from. They went out of their way to make it perfect for us. Highly recommend. The bourbon chicken is to die for. Make sure you order extra Mac and cheese as well. You’ll want the left overs.
