My wife and I really enjoyed our recent visit to Cracker Barrel. We were seated right away and the manager, Angie was very accommodating since my wife has some mobility issues. She helped us to our table and sent our server, Quinton right over. Our food was delicious, and we never had to ask for refills on our coffee. We will happily visit again.

The last 3 times we have ordered food to go the order has been wrong. Yes, it took 3 times to get tired of it but defin wont be ordering to go anymore. Order wrong everytime

We’ve been to Cracker Barrel 2 times recently. Both experiences were great. The atmosphere was relaxed and our servers were quick to bring our order and to get anything else we needed. The food was delicious and the prices weren’t outrageous. Thanks for a great night with my girls!!! Melissa

I ordered the lunch meatloaf and it was full of filler (not much meat) and burnt. The mashed potatoes were dry even w/gravy. I wouldnt recommend it😏
UPDATE: Owener reached out and apologized and wanted to "make it right" by asking me to click on a guest relation link. The link led me to the same review questions. In no way did they "make it right". They just took up more of my time. My original review stands. DO BETTER CRACKER BARREL!

Extremely rude immature girl at carry out. Should be retrained or fired. Worthless

My husband expressed that he wanted a large coffee, the waitress poured him a cup and said she would leave the rest of the pot for him so he could continue to self serve, which was kind in principle except the pot was empty. They served us our biscuits but no flatware, plates, or napkins. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was served on white bread, similar to wonder bread, rather than the sourdough it was suppose to come on. All the food was super marginal compared to what we would have expected. However you would rate your normal visit to crackle barrel, reduce the rating by 2 stars for this location. The cloths in this gift shop were really cute.

Drama going on in the kitchen. Long wait for the food, and some of it was cold. Several customers were complaining tonight about long wait times and cold foods. I've eaten at this location 3x this week for dinner, the first time was a really good experience, the last 2x, will be my last. I'm here for work, and they are walking distance from the hotel.

Food was good but mashed potatoes were just warm and white gravy was good but was just bearly warm and not much of it. The meat loaf was very good and hot. The biscuits were very thin and crumbly. The fired apples were very good.

Parking: It takes awhile for someone to seat you, and when you check out normally only one person checking you out and at lunch about 12 to 1 there is line and they got so much product it gets to much time to get out

Service was terrible. The building was not that full, sat there for 10 to 15 minutes and didn’t even get asked for a drink or greeted. Won’t ever go back!

Our waitress was very good. However we waited 25 minutes for food. That was much longer than normal.

We only received 1/2 our order. 1 of our 3 dishes had hair in it. Did not receive any utensils. Even though asked for when ordered and when picked up. Was insured everything was in the bag. Meal was not worth the $65.00 we spent on it.

Our server Kirstin was great. She was pretty busy but still served us well.
