Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went out for lunch with my girlfriend and got seated immediately. I ordered lunch and she ordered breakfast. Unfortunately the item I ordered was sold out, no worries. Our server Alexandria made sure let me know and provided me with a similar meal and a free appetizer voucher. She was very helpful, kind, and attentive. She made sure our cups were filled and that we were helped before we even had to ask. Seymour Cracker Barrel is doing it right and especially Alexandria. Keep up the incredible work.

Had a Family style meal at the Seymour IN location. They worked out a menue with me the week before. And had everything ready and set up when my family arrived. It was about 18 people. They accommodated two servers for the duration. Felicity and Kianna were very attentive and helpful. We spent about 2 hours there and had a really special time. Thank you also to Kim who walked through the process with me every step of the way.

We had our family’s Christmas dinner here this year and I was very pleased with the service, hospitality, and accommodations from the staff. Everyone was super friendly and made our family feel right at home. Felicity and Kianna were great!

The service was okay but the prices went way up and the portions were crazy smaller. Not worth the money at all.

Go down one more exit to scottburg cracker barrel. This one is not worth going too. Got set down and waited 15 minutes for someone to get drink orders. I had to get the manager attention that went past me three times and started sing and dancing clearing tables. Then I got food and it had no taste to it. Like the sausage was setting around for a long time and hash brown casserole was crunchy and not a good way but where the potatoes were not full cooked.

Usually a spot for good and dependable breakfast, but not the case anymore. Very long time to be waited on and only helped after another waitress went to get ours. Was charged extra for the plain hashbrowns that should have been included as a side and they were terrible. Tasted like they had been sitting in grease and soggy. The country ham was extremely thin, gristly and greasy. Tasted like it was bad. Pancakes were good, but that’s about it.
