Went out for lunch with my girlfriend and got seated immediately. I ordered lunch and she ordered breakfast. Unfortunately the item I ordered was sold out, no worries. Our server Alexandria made sure let me know and provided me with a similar meal and a free appetizer voucher. She was very helpful, kind, and attentive. She made sure our cups were filled and that we were helped before we even had to ask. Seymour Cracker Barrel is doing it right and especially Alexandria. Keep up...

Had a Family style meal at the Seymour IN location. They worked out a menue with me the week before. And had everything ready and set up when my family arrived. It was about 18 people. They accommodated two servers for the duration. Felicity and Kianna were very attentive and helpful. We spent about 2 hours there and had a really special time. Thank you also to Kim who walked through the process with me every step of the way.

We had our family’s Christmas dinner here this year and I was very pleased with the service, hospitality, and accommodations from the staff. Everyone was super friendly and made our family feel right at home. Felicity and Kianna were great!
