Stopped yesterday and we were in the drive through and decided to pull around and go in. Well we stood there for 5-6 minutes without being acknowledged. They just looked at us and continued other orders which I can only assume were door dash because no else was waiting inside and there was only one car in the drive through. So we left and went to Starbucks.

I am visiting my daughter in Seymour and I simply love this clean Dunkin, yes some.of the working are trying with a 2nd language but I applaud them for doing an outstanding job with customer service and making our orders with love and kindness. The last time I ordered from this place, I ordered from DoorDash. It was early morning like around 6am before I had to go to work. I ordered a large frozen coffee and added caramel. Instead of getting what I ordered, I received a Frozen large coffee with only a little bit of coffee. Half of the cup was nothing but ice and no Carmel. I haven’t went back since.
