I first became a IVL customer at the Scottsburg location in 2022.
Ashley and Joe both were super nice and very helpful.
They took the time to answer all of my questions.
And they educated me on using a Delta Vape no matter if it was in store or over the phone.
They quickly put me at ease and went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchases.
No matter if you are a beginner or if you are experienced at vaping they are all about being kind and courteous.
I now live in Seymour and the experience is the same at both locations. Please give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Bought a package of gummies that were open and one missing. Addressed it with the owner but was ignored. Staff is stealing and they don't care. Don't buy here. You won't get what you pay for.
Edit: Ashley you edited your response. Your first response said you would've given me a new bottle if I had came back in. I had been back in your shop at least a dozen times after I found the missing item. I told you on a personal level that there was an issue with something from your shop. I told you because we were supposed to be friends and I was concerned about your staff stealing your merchandise. I had ZERO malicious intent until my concern was not only completely disregarded, but you completely unfriended me online. That message was clear Ashley. Please get on your medicine. The paranoia is off the chain.
