Charged me 20.00 for 4 wings and 4 legs. The pieces were way smaller and 2 of the legs were broke!! The worker did not offer any of the specials which if he had I would have ordered differently. Very poor service. Two weeks prior to this service, my granddaughter was with me. The inside of the store was smokey. The chicken we got was obviously cooked in burnt oil. The chicken breading was dark and had a burnt taste to it!! It was horrible!! We should have not been served that chicken and the workers should have known better! This is the worse KFC experiences I have had from the same store!! I suggest not patronizing the Seymour, Indiana KFC!! I know I will not!

I'm really disappointed in KFC these days you can never order chicken breast because it'll never be completely cooked there's always extra fat up under the skin. The potato wedges are never hot and the mashed potatoes and gravy tastes like it could use a little salt and butter. This place hasn't been the same in years with all the new chicken places popping up I really try to avoid it. And the prices are a little bit ridiculous considering the quality of the food

We were traveling through Seymour. Stopped to get dinner to go yesterday. It was about 630-7pm. We got a pot pie & 2 for $5 2 piece chicken and mashed potatoes. My husband was eating his pot pie as I drove. He had 1 tiny piece of chicken in his entire pot pie. He called and spoke to Conner. But because we couldn’t turn around and come back he couldn’t do anything about it.
Ordered chicken livers. Which should be breaded in the regular breading. They should almost melt in your mouth, nice and moist. Well, these livers were breaded with crunchy breading and they were extremely overcooked. They were dry and hard.

The cherry pie poppers were raw, no gravy on my famous bowl, chicken was over done. Not one employee had gloves on. Lady making the food was coughing on her hands. Horrible experience.
