The person that answered the phone when I ordered was completely rude and didn’t seem very happy to be on the phone. Got to the store to get my order and Heidi L was rude then too, you guys should do a better job with her customer service and attitude if she’s going to be working with customers.

I love the great prices and the pretzel pizza is amazing but I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and 2 pretzel pizza with the pepperoni bites and they gave me all regular pizza and I was looking forward to the nacho cheese sauce on the pretzel crust so disappointing

I ordered through the app and it said my order would be ready by 7:05. I showed up at 7:05 and it was not ready. I was not greeted or asked if i had been helped after standing there for 15 minutes alone. At 7:23 i finally asked if my order was ready the guy left and didn't come back to say anything. Everything that was in the back finally came out.. turns out my order was sitting on the table waiting to be boxed up.. terrible customer service all the way around..

Super busy and they gave me a normal pretzel crust instead of the stuffed one but after two other places failed to ended make the pizza I ordered, I'll take the win. Still delicious. ?

The Little Ceasars in Seymour indiana has gone down hill terribly, it needs a complete change of management, there's absolutely no professionalism from anyone there, it's dirty, it takes forever to get your food and the only reason they got 1 star is because it would not let me post otherwise, get it together Little
