I ordered over $50 of food for my family and made it to the pay window just fine but then in-between that and the pick up window, I sat and waited over 20 mins while the car infront of me handed the employee at the window a cell phone and he talked on it for over 20 mins and then when I got to the window, I was handed my food and it was cold of course... so I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager so I asked for a refund and he refused it as well as remaking...read full review
