For the most part, I get good service when I eat here for lunch. I prefer to order online & pick it up curbside. Occasionally, the app will glitch & I'll have to run in, but it's not often. My fries are almost always hot, fresh & salty too! Sometimes the Caramel Iced Coffee tastes like a Regular Iced Coffee with no caramel. The staff is always courteous & happy to help with any issues. It would be nice if they had more than 3 curbside parking spots, because some people use them, then go inside to eat. I would suggest maybe 2-3 more spots on the other side of the building. Just a thought.

Quick, attentive, clean. Shout out to the manager checking on seated tables, while busy in the drive thru and inside! Haven’t had service at a McDonalds like this in a LONG time. A++

Your oil is old & rancid. I couldn't eat this hash brown. I pressed as much oil out of it as possible, and it still tastes rancid. Do your job, change the oil. No wonder your sales are down. Please , try to do your best. Try having employee of the month. All employee will try to win . It is a win win for everyone.

Every single time you go to this McDonald's for any order, they pull you up to wait. Super busy, sure, I understand. Ive been pulled up being the only person in line. And every single time, 2/3 of what you order is cold, the last 1/3 is wrong or missing. Never fails.

Mobile app is worthless from the time you order it until the time you get it takes 20 minutes. It took 10 minutes after we told we were there to get our food.

I am a diabetic and have to eat at a certain time however multiple times at the Tipton Street McDonald's store all of its staff are very rude and hateful and don't even know how to do split payments for customer orders.they also continually park customers and server their orders so that corporate does not know how slow they are and the orders are often wrong and the food is cold and nasty by the time it gets to the customers,then they want to get hateful when asked to remake the order arguing that there is nothing wrong with it.

Not quite sure what’s hard about reading a package and putting it in the right packaging. Been playing the monopoly game and literally got 1 out of 4 of the game cards even tho I order four things. I called and trying to explain even before I can explain “you have to come inside you have to go through drive-through” I said can I like finish can I like talk? I genuinely don’t care if you guys are busy if I am calling let me explain don’t just interrupt me. Yall will hire anyone and everything then wonder why scores/ratings are the way they are! Most definitely needs better management/leadership. What’s the point of ordering the monopoly cards if like I’m not gonna get them 🤣 first time I’m sure you guys have heard this plenty of times 🤣 pathetic get new management or something stg.

We went at 9:30 for breakfast. Food was hot, there were lots of napkins and they gave us lots of extra sauce. Best experience I have gotten from mcdonald’s in a long time.
