Waited what felt like forever for a black coffee and almost everytime i feel like I wait for a minimum of 20 mins and food is mid

Doing door dash tonight it took 30 minutes an when I said something all I was waiting on was “fries” but there was employees that placed a order for themselves an got their food before the door dash order that I was waiting on!! On top of getting told there is no heat haven’t had heat for a year now!! I WILL NOT be back!! You need different managers that can actually mange a shift.. I’m a fast food worker myself but this is way out of line to wait that long with no heat while employees are getting their food they just placed before door dash that I waited for 30 minutes

Super salty kids cheeseburger,( but didn't get cheese) told that's how they come..I bring my kids here all the time NEVER SEEN CRUNCHY SEASONING ALL OVER THE PATTY .. BURNT MY TOUNGUE SO... Plus it was dry and cold like.. my kids deserve a good burger as much as I do..

We eat at this McDonald's atleast 2 times a week the food is always hot and they bring it to the work truck bc it don't fit in the drive thru double 1/4 pound large meal and the 6 meal

(update after all of this: we were there for FORTY MINUTES WAITING FOR OUR FOOD and the manager decided to be a prick about the sweetener for the tea being out?) we ordered two burger meals a shake a frappe been here for 20 minutes and counting there’s about 50 people here do not stop if you’re in a rush i literally never write reviews i just have so much time to kill because this dude bryce has been changing the trash right in front of us for about 10 of those minutes buddy let’s pick up the spatula neither of us wanna be here help me help you?
