The only place I get pizza from (except breakfast pizza anyways). And I usually order from Papa John's 1-3times a week! At one point all of night shift knew who I was whenever I walked in to pick up my order I didn't have to tell them my name. Always great service & if there is a mess up they fix it no problem.

Pizza had more crust than toppings. Store didn't have all the sauce I ordered. We have constant issues with food quality and especially reliability of your order being done.

Gave me someone else's pizza....which would have been sort of cool ....if the someone else had decent taste. It was delivery. I'm a dick and didn't tip ...thank god... cause I ended up having to go back and get my money ...no pizza. 0/5 *

WAITING 1- 2 HOURS FOR ONLY ONE PIZZA AND 6 PICES OF BUFFALO WINGS IS CRAZY! We called to order a pizza at around 11:30 PM and we waited for about an hour and called them because they were taking long! They said it was going to be delivered in about 10 minutes which was a lie because we didn’t receive the pizza until 1:20 AM 😐 we ordered food somewhere else and sent back the pizza with the person who delivered it.
Expect a 2-3 hour wait if you place an online order and this location pushes orders without notifying customers but charges your card when the order is placed. Go local.

The reason I chose this feed back is because I was a block away and wanted to place a order was on hold for 15 plus min and my brother had just got off work and must been 10 til 12 or lil after but wanted a pizza they could tell me I could order them put me on hold then came back said they quit making pizzas half hour ago..and it was at least 1210@am and said they were open til 1 am. So Papa John's which is it you close at 1 and quit making pizzas at 12am or what's up I can see stop making pizzas at even 1245 and close at 1 or even stop making them at 1230

I called to order a carry out and I told him what I wanted and as I was telling them what I was ordering they hung up on me. So I called back and talked to a manager and he said that he couldn’t take my order there at the store. I find that is bad customer service so won’t be going back there to be treated like my order doesn’t madre to them! Need to hire people with better experience in customer service!
