We ordered delivery and waited for a knock which never came. Opened the door to look down the street in case they couldn't find the house and discovered our food sitting on the ground and no one around. Did not receive a notification of delivery on app either. Papadia was partially burned and food had cooled by the time we found it. Disappointed with this time.

I ordered 2 large pizza and I made sure no anchovy but I ended up one with anchovy. I called and complained and they gave me another one plus delivered. I felt bat didn't get to give another tips for the driver since I wasn't the one who opened the door and didn't get to catch him on time. I called and apologized and were very appreciated very awesome responds and great business to deal with. Thank you Seymour Indiana Papa John's crew. ?

Whoever watched my pizza, didn't. Huge bubbles everywhere. Whoever cut my pizza needs a geometry lesson, too the point it looks purposely botched. I only heard the F Bomb twice while in there. Mercy ! (raised to 2 stars, pizza was edible) <<<< Much improved since this visit. Night and day

Placed order online around 10:30 and never received it. When called and asked about it they said they were busy and it the driver was on a triple delivery. Then I receive a phone call asking if I looked outside my door for my order that was not there. They lied and said that they knocked on the door when they did not.. and when talking to people from the store they are very rude and talk down to you.
