Food wasn't like it use to be back when Penn Station first started. Quality has went down hill. Food was hot and to order. The restaurant was fine. But as a company there's less meat. Thinner sandwiches...higher pricers.just not what I remember

Food was okay. Sodas tasted flat. Tried two different fountain drinks and they were both bad. Employees were very nice. Prices are a little high. $58 for 3 people.

I've been to other Penn stations. This one kind of grossed me out. Workers were eating behind the service counter, rubbing their eyes and mouth while taking our order and didn't wash hands. The one woman even went to put veggies on sandwiches with no gloves until hubby called her out. Service was kind of slow and bathrooms not very clean. Food was just ok compared to other locations. I wouldn't recommend until some changes are made. Educate staff on clean handling of food, because if they do that in front of people, who knows when they are doing behind the scenes food prep.

We had a large group come in for dinner and the staff was extremely friendly, accommodating to the group, and provided very quick and tasty service. I just wanted to thank the staff for such a pleasant experience!
