Food is decent, but a little overpriced in my opinion. Service was amazing though. I did get double charged so pay attention yo your charges!

Buffet. Food was hit or miss. Fried chicken was fantastic. Mashed potatoes dry and tasteless. Fresh carved roast beef and ham. Salad bar was great, but the lettuce was weirdly wet. I didn’t try the desserts but they looked great and were plentiful. Dated atmosphere. My table was broken.

The food and service are always exceptional at the Pines. The buffet is kept well stocked and the servers are very friendly and helpful. The decor is consistent with an older establishment and has pictures on the walls from the local area's history. It's a very welcoming place.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible with ramps leading into and out of the restaurant. There is only one section that has steps and it's not open frequently.

Nicest people ever, and amazing food, some of the best I ever had. On top of that the buffet will rotate items and have some regular, I go for the fried chimken. Low atmosphere can be stlat by bigger group who need to learn inside voices.

The food, servicers, the place they were all amazing. The Turkey was tender and juicy, mashed potatoes were fluffy and seasoned. Dinner rolls were warm a soft, the different salads was good speciality the pasta, chezer salad. The desert was just lovely, pumpkin cream cheese cake rolls and the plain cheesecake and also the cookies were out of this world.

Atmosphere is docked because of the loud patrons not the restaurant. The food is great and well worth the price, rotating buffet lineup keeps thing interesting.

What a great find. Only open on Sunday, and it looks like a complementary side to their catering business. The food and service are very good and the only reason I docked it a star was price. $18 plus more than $3 for tea. That seems high for a buffet. The food selections are many, multiple protein options and a full dessert table with soft serve ice cream. The salad was fresh and crisp. The roast beef was a little rare for my wife and hard to cut. Still, for me, it was good. Add ham and some fried options like chicken and fish. We will go back, but not as often as if it were a better value.

Only open for dine in on Sundays, 11am to 4 pm. Smorgasbord, with lots of your favorite foods and a variety of delicious deserts. Nice drive from Louisville, about 45 minutes, but worth it.
