I had takin my grandsons there this past weekend. And we had the up most amazing experience. Employees and owners where so helpful and just nice. You could tell they enjoyed what they where doing. Also seen that there was a lady there that had a couple of handicap kids and the owners and employee where so nice to everyone. I could see the twinkle in those kids eyes when the owners / Employees would walk up to anyone of them and show there kindness. We will be back in a couple weeks I have family that I was telling them about this place and we are going to make a day of it when they all come back. What a great experience. Thank you so much to all the staff and owners for showing us great hospitality. Can't wait to bring more of my family.Parking: Lots of room.

I have 2 children who are handicapp. These children live a life that a lot of people don't understand unless you have a handicap child the owners and the staff were amazing with these children for a few hours they made them feel like regular children. I can never express how much the owners and the staff touched all of our hearts. We will be back these children are not handicap in this place of business. Anyone who has children handicap or not they made us feel like family. God Bless you and your business. When we left the owners and the staff gave the kids a big hug. The smiles on the kids face was worth a million dollars. Thank you all so much. The kids are ready to come back. The boy's said to tell you they love you. ❤️ Thanks for making them feel like a regular kids.

We have been here twice, and both times, we had wonderful service. The first time was just an outing with my son, and the girl who worked the counter helped us anytime we needed anything. The last time was this past Saturday. We had a birthday party for my stepdaughter and she was so happy. The couple that owned the place personally checked on us and thanked us for coming. They are a family owned business, and we could tell they were invested in making sure we had a good time and everything ran smoothly. Any issues or concerns we had were immediately taken care of. They made sure the place was clean and the food was really good. The cost of the party was well worth the happy kids we had. I would 100% recommend this place for birthday parties and just a night out with the kids.Kid-friendliness: Our kids ran and played their little hearts out even after the party and they have a variety of things that kids of all ages can do

Took the grandkids to a birthday party at racing Mason today. Walk in the door and the girl points at me and says stop. I look at her and she says, you can't bring outside drinks in here. It's just water. She says it is written on the door. I took it out to my car. I bought an unlimited 2 hour bracelet for both kids. Well that apparently does not apply to the games. I have been there 5 minutes and have already spent 90 dollars. These people were rude from the moment we got there. They brought out the pizzas and they were cold. When they were told that they were cold they said they were not cold and then a guy took a bite of the pizza and said yep not cold. I could go on and on but here is the kicker. We go back in to get the remainder of our stuff and the guy says I can't wait till you are gone and then turns the lights off on us. You know if it had only been me that had had a problem then I probably wouldn't have written this but everyone had problems with them. We will never walk in that place again. You know it's pretty bad when the kids won't eat the pizza because it's nasty.

I booked my daughters party here. When we got there the first thing they said was i still owed half the party bill (yeah because only half was required as deposit), I said yep and paid it, then a girl took us back to the party room, which was really just a roped off section with weird mismatchrd chairs but thats fine, then she said she would be bringing our stuff back and letting people know where to find us. Great, i didnt ever see her again. Another older lady came and brought 8 empty foam cups, 8 paper plates and 8 straws slapped a post-it on the table and said what pizza do you want? (Because you get 1 pizza with the party) i told her and said we wanted to add 2 pizzas and a few more drinks, she snapped that i would have to make sure i paid for them, i said of course i would. So we had to to go all the way to the other side to get our own cups filled at the bar, the party covers 2 hours and after 45 minutes someone came to remind me about paying for my pizzas, then 20 minutes later someone else came, i kept telling them yes i know, we are going to stop at the bar on our way out, then it was every 10 minutes until our 2 hours were almost up. 5 minutes to go another girl came to tell me make sure i pay my bill, then as we were walking back up front to the bar one of them followed us from where we were stopped my cousin to ask if we paid yet, then came to me while i was standing there watching my husband wait for someone to get to the bar so he could pay and she told me make sure we pay it, i pointed at him and said thatss literally what hes doing right now. They were rude, the price you pay for a party gets you nothing but a ratty area by yourself, $250 for that and for all of their extremely rude staff to stalk you the whole time. We will not be back, not even for a day trip.PS. I wear a brace and use a cane because im disabled, did you think I was just going to magically be able to dip out the front door with no one noticing?Also: I dont encourage playing games for tickets, their tickets are literally worth 1 cent each as far as prizes go (they say that themselves) my son had almost 200 and ended up with a few dumdum suckers.I do not recommend

I don't know about this place because you have to spend $35 dollars to do everything they have which is golf, laser tag, bumper cars and a indoor go cart which is not big at all so I payed $105 dollars for three people and the service was horrible there was no employees for any of the activities and in my opinion it was not worth the money that I spent it was the worst experience ever and not one of the arcade games worked right either I would not recommend this place at all.

The grandkids had a blast on the go carts. They played a lot of games that used token. I would suggest giving 10-20 tokens when they pay admission.
Wonderful place for family fun. Everyone working was friendly and went above and beyond to make it a great evening. Will be returning soon.

Super misleading advertising. The pictures are old, and from a different location? Very unorganized and felt grimy. No clear indicator of where games or events are in the building. It smelled like motor oil and cheese.Three different games ate our coins (they did work to fix the machines when we reported) and multiple were broken and run down. It took a surprising amount of coins per game. The “prizes” for tickets were laughable. Mini size candies for 25-50 tickets (have you ever seen a “mini” roll of smarties? Me either before today).I’m not the type to leave reviews, I just felt it’s important for some honesty to be out there about this place, we felt cheated out of $70. The paper sign on the register saying “NO REFUNDS” or the dumpy exterior or the pothole covered lot should’ve been indicator enough, but we gave it a try. Proceed with caution and hope that this review is outdated and wrong by the time you visit.As for food— not sure this place is safe to eat from, it didn’t feel like a clean enough environment to trust the food so we didn’t take the risk.2 stars because the front desk attendant was nice, the kids fixing the machines were nice, and good intention is there. I hope they can figure it out and offer a better service.
