Love the Seymour Health Zone. Their immunity tea \\u0026 gold milk hot drink (has tumeric) are favorites of mine and for a treat at times get a crepe. The staff are very kind and knowledable.

I live 30 minutes away, but am currently looking for a house in Seymour - so decided to check out the shops around. This is clearly an Herbalife storefront. I am fairly health conscious (my weekly exercise includes yoga, Pilates, personal training, figure skating) so would much prefer a regular smoothie or health place. Just not for me. Do your own research, may suit your needs - Herbalife just doesn’t suit mine and the lack of disclosure seems intentional
