My wife and I went to buy a 6 person Ranger at Seymour Power sports and after looking at the inventory they had we decided on one to purchase. Funny thing though , there was no one in the place that would wait on us. After talking to several people about the experience they had , I came to realize it is a common practice for this business to ignore customers . No big deal for us, the business in Salem ,Indiana took great care of us. Now we are riding in our woods in a brand new Ranger! Thanks !

Went in to see about purchasing tires and schedule service. They didn’t know how to order a tire, couldn’t tell me how much a tire would be or what the cost of installing a tire would be. When I asked about service they couldn’t tell me how much a general yearly service would cost. It was a total waste of my time. I will be going elsewhere from now on

This place is a joke they won’t answer the phone they promise things will get done by a certain date and never will be done go to the store you will wait they look at you and you might get service and might not.

Good experience, knowledgeable staff

Had a tire changed here before for a quad. Called last week and because it's not a Polaris he will not change the tires. Whoever the guy was that answered the phone was rude.

The good: The mechanic is a nice guy, and the only helpful person working there. The bad: The store manager isn't very interested in selling motorcycles. I went back to the shop when the motorcycle I'm interested in was put on the floor. I didn't even get acknowleged when I went in. I suspect it is because they won't let you test ride. They have the bike I want, I have cash. I have been riding 50 years and have insurance. What do they have to lose? (I mean other than the cash I was ready to give them)I can't believe the owner lets the manager do such a poor job.

They went above and beyond, honest (almost to a fault, but didnt sugar coat the situation) they told me it was near impossible, I expected nothing, ****** was able to help me, he even told me he probably couldnt, kudos to him, I will shop no where else, if he cant get it, it probably cant be got!Awesome crew!!

I have been riding Honda since 2004 when I bought a Shadow in Bloomington, IN. Had to go to Greensburg or Bloomington to get it serviced, so I was excited to learn that Seymour had taken over Honda when I bought my Goldwing from them in 2019. Mine was the first they'd sold, if I remember correctly. Well, I took it in for routine service May 31, and as of today (June 16), the solo mechanic hasn't started on it yet. Sounds like the owner needs to hire more staff (3 folks operate the sales, parts, and service depts). Trying to be patient, but this is ridiculous. I guess I should tell by there decreased inventory of bikes that motorcycles are not their focus. John's been wonderful to deal with on the phone (he's in sales, BTW), but his hands are tied if the place just has one mechanic. Sounds like I'll be looking to Indy in the future perhaps.

My husband and I went here to purchase a youth RZR and atv. We were in the store for about 30 minutes and no one even spoke to us. The two people in the offices must have had something very important on their computer screens because each time I walked close to their offices they focused more on their screens. We were ready to buy, but we will not be giving our business to people who cannot even take the time to greet us.

The website is complete garbage, they put zero prices on all their inventory and make u fill out info and takes 2 days to send a price, who wants to fill out a page of info, wait 2 days, just to get sent a 2,000$ over MSRP price, PUT PRICES ON UR WEBSITE

I walked around and looked at each utv. I’m gonna buy one, not in the market just to browse. I like small town businesses, so I stopped in with the idea I was gonna give my business…. Not a single hi or hello… if someone isn’t willing to help a customer buy a 30k dollar rzr, they sure aren’t interested in helping a customer keep it maintained… on down the road for me.

Tried to preorder a 22 model UTV. Built on Polaris site the day preorders opened, 12/1. Polaris said build sheet was sent to dealer for and they would be in touch. Never heard from dealer. I know everyone's busy so I wait at least a week for a response. Still nothing so I submitted a contact form directly on Seymour Power sports website advising of the build sheet and asking what was needed to get this preordered. Wait another week still no response. Contacted Polaris again and this time they advised all pre orders are filled now for 2022.This was as low maintenance of a deal as you could ask for. Literally I was begging to buy a new Kinetic that I'd followed for the previous year in development. Didn't need sold on it, just take my $ kind of deal. That's great that biz is booming so much you could care less about a 30k sale, but it won't always be this way and people WILL remember the way they've been treated, and it will catch up to you eventually.
