I ordered a salted caramel frappe & got a brown sugar frappe was not happy ,I've never had them mess up my order before
Just tried to order my ice mocha frap easy ice, no whip. The same thing I've been ordering for over 10 years with Starbucks and this place did not want to do it and refuse to service me. Telling me that they can't alter the ice and that it is in their policy.
