Visited recently and the atmosphere was terrible nobody welcomed me in, the baristas were not friendly at all. Was missing part of my order and tried to ask the manager and she just huffed at me and rolled her eyes

They always have my drinks ready for pick up or quickly through the drive through. They don’t seem to be out of ingredients which is great. The employees are very kind and don’t draw attention to themselves in other ways most other stores do, which is appreciated.

Perhaps the longest wait ever experienced at a drive-through for any kind of order. Once at the window, the associates were like ‘oh well we had a lot of mobile orders.’ Sorry not sorry.
Won't be using app again. Tryed using a gift card and end up charging my debit card 2 times for 25 dollars so went inside and they said they couldn't help refund to call some help line ridiculous.

Just tried to order my ice mocha frap easy ice, no whip. The same thing I've been ordering for over 10 years with Starbucks and this place did not want to do it and refuse to service me. Telling me that they can't alter the ice and that it is in their policy.
