Slowest Starbucks EVER! This is only the second time I’ve stopped here on my back from my son’s house in KY. Took 20 minutes in the drive up, last time was longer. And the bathrooms are filthy, not just a days worth, but much longer. Inexcusable for a restaurant.

This place just sucks. Plain and simple. All you do is make drinks. There is no reason it should take 15 minutes in a drive through for drinks. When you get to the window it'd obvious why it takes so long. No one actually works. One person is making drinks and everyone else stand around chatting it up likes it's a chat room. Oh and the obviously part. Paying 5 bucks for a drink and you can't even get a sleeve for a hot drink unless you ask for it.

Worst experiance i ever had with starbucks until now. we were travelling and stopped at this starbucks. i ordered and asked for frapp 2 extra pumps of javachip roast and my drink tasted same as regular one & also asked for extra whipped cream and girl was helping but another lady behind counter shouted and said i already had put plenty. Please see picture and tell me where is that plenty??

Ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Gouda breakfast sandwich and it didn’t have ANY bacon or gouda???????? Ridiculous.
Literally the worst coffee my husband and I have ever tried was at this place and then when he told the clerk she was unkind the worst coffee

We placed our orders ahead of time and we were going to pick up via drive through. We waited in the line and were told that our order wasn’t done and we needed to go back through the drive through or wait inside. It’s unfortunate when you even went out of your way to tip someone and they treat you so poorly. I know where my extra money will not be going.

The prices here are quite high, and I have concerns about the company's practices regarding our soldiers. I recommend heading over to Dunkin' Donuts instead; they offer better coffee at a more affordable price, without the ethical concerns.

The service wasn't bad, but the coffee and strawberry acai drinks we got were subpar. The iced caramel machiatto didn't taste much like coffee, and the strawberry acai drink was filled up to the top of the cup with ice, and was weak. Not sure how they are training the employees to make drinks here but they can do better. I'm not angry just disappointed...
