We were missing our chicken tenders in our order. Everything else was right besides that. It even said chicken fingers on both receipts and bag receipt.
Management refuses to acknowledge customers after asking for basic needs such as a tray to carry large orders or drinks and shakes and get rude when you call them out on not providing typical things. No wonder the floor is dirty and is in need of repairs. Must not make enough money treating customers like crap. Won't be back.

Using the same spatula to constantly flip the raw meat, to pick up the raw meat, and then using the same spatula and fork to put the new meat that's cooked on the sandwich with the cheese and then starts making your sandwich. I walked out, not gonna even get my blood pressure raised with these kids that already know what they're supposed to be doing. They need a visit from the health department and they need to refund my money. 8:50 p.m Tuesday night last name Morgan on my card.

Great for half-price shakes
Never order delivery here. If you have a problem with the order the app tells you to contact the store. The store will say it isn't their problem.

Went through the drive-thru to get some food The guy taking all order was noticeably disgruntled and huffed at us and then when we went to pay complained that what we had was too big and proceeded to call my significant other honey instead of ma'am or anything of respect

Mario made our visit unforgettable with his friendly conversation and kind demeanor. He was incredibly helpful and hospitable during our spontaneous stop in on our way to Louisville.

I didn't know they got rid of all the waitresses. Strange. Hambuger tasted ok. But I was sick next day. Fries had too much salt.

The garlic double steakburgers I've had here have been truly the best ones I've ever had at any Steak N Shake. The Oreo shake is great. My husband and I have come here and eaten a few times now. I don't mind the self-service setup.

Food here has gone down hill ever since they changed up the dining area. It’s a ghost town in there now. I remember you had to wait 30 or 45 minutes on a Friday night to even get a table. Not anymore, it’s just a cold lonely environment. Whoever made that switch cost that location a lot of money.

Everything seems to be moving to a less interactive experience. There were no servers, but you ordered at a kiosk. The food comes out very quickly, and it doesn't taste bad. It had more grease than usual. It's not really my thing, but it tasted great otherwise. It feels like it's losing its atmosphere for some reason. If I had to guess, I would say fewer people and the lack of servers. Overall not a bad experience, but not the experience that nostalgia has led me to miss.
